【摘要】：為研究征收拆遷中政府和被拆遷人的拆遷行為選擇及其影響因素,在政府和被拆遷人具有有限理性的前提下,構(gòu)建了拆遷行為的演化博弈模型,對政府和被拆遷人策略選擇的互動(dòng)行為及穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步建立系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行仿真,分析不同因素對拆遷中雙方行為的動(dòng)態(tài)影響。結(jié)果表明:政府的行政成本和外部缺失對政府的決策有明顯的影響;拆遷補(bǔ)償費(fèi)用和斗爭成本對被拆遷人的行為有顯著影響�？梢詮暮侠碇贫ú疬w補(bǔ)償費(fèi)用、完善溝通機(jī)制、制定科學(xué)應(yīng)對機(jī)制以及提升政府公信力等方面促進(jìn)拆遷項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:In order to study the choice and influencing factors of the removal behavior of the government and the person being removed in the expropriation and removal, the evolutionary game model of the demolition behavior is constructed under the premise of the limited rationality of the government and the person being removed. The interactive behavior and stable state of the policy choice between the government and the relocated people are analyzed. On the basis of this, the system dynamics model is further established for simulation. This paper analyzes the dynamic influence of different factors on the behavior of both sides in the demolition. The results show that the government's administrative cost and external deficiency have obvious influence on the government's decision-making; The cost of compensation and the cost of struggle have a significant impact on the behavior of the person who has been removed. To establish scientific coping mechanism and improve the credibility of the government to promote the smooth implementation of demolition projects.
