【摘要】：運(yùn)用演化博弈理論,在有限理性的假設(shè)前提下,借助科技創(chuàng)新利益主體非對(duì)稱性演化博弈分析的復(fù)制動(dòng)態(tài)模型,對(duì)政府與中小企業(yè)之間的科技創(chuàng)新行為進(jìn)行博弈分析,重點(diǎn)探討利益相關(guān)主體間的行為及相互影響的動(dòng)態(tài)演變過程,討論演化參數(shù)結(jié)果的穩(wěn)定性及如何形成穩(wěn)定均衡策略,最后運(yùn)用Matlab軟件仿真演化過程。研究結(jié)果表明,在利益雙方科技創(chuàng)新意識(shí)越強(qiáng)、科技創(chuàng)新成本越小、利益雙方獲取的收益越大的條件下,系統(tǒng)更容易收斂于理想狀態(tài);政府對(duì)中小企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新行為的激勵(lì)力度應(yīng)當(dāng)合理控制,激勵(lì)力度過大容易使中小企業(yè)受經(jīng)濟(jì)利益驅(qū)使,最終使利益雙方陷入一種不良"鎖定"狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Based on the evolutionary game theory and the hypothesis of limited rationality, this paper makes a game analysis of the scientific and technological innovation behavior between the government and the small and medium-sized enterprises with the help of the replicating dynamic model of asymmetric evolutionary game analysis of the main body of interest in science and technology innovation. This paper mainly discusses the dynamic evolution process of the behavior and interaction among stakeholders, discusses the stability of evolution parameter results and how to form a stable equilibrium strategy. Finally, the evolution process is simulated by using Matlab software. The results show that, The stronger the awareness of scientific and technological innovation, the smaller the cost of scientific and technological innovation, and the greater the benefits obtained by both parties, the more easily the system converges to the ideal state, and the government should reasonably control the incentive strength of the scientific and technological innovation behavior of small and medium-sized enterprises. It is easy for small and medium-sized enterprises to be driven by economic interests by too much incentive, so that both sides of interest fall into a kind of bad "lock" state.
