【摘要】：將勞動(dòng)力調(diào)整成本引入貿(mào)易模型,可分析經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)放條件下就業(yè)面對(duì)匯率沖擊的調(diào)整過(guò)程。利用動(dòng)態(tài)面板等方法對(duì)中國(guó)采掘業(yè)和工業(yè)33個(gè)部門(mén)1998—2009年匯率對(duì)就業(yè)的影響進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,結(jié)果表明:較高的勞動(dòng)力調(diào)整成本和匯率波動(dòng)降低就業(yè)匯率彈性,較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)放度提高就業(yè)對(duì)匯率的彈性,較高的生產(chǎn)率降低就業(yè)對(duì)匯率的彈性;勞動(dòng)力調(diào)整成本通過(guò)限制就業(yè)流動(dòng)降低了就業(yè)匯率彈性,并且對(duì)低勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的行業(yè)的影響大于高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率行業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Introducing labor adjustment costs into trade models, It is possible to analyze the adjustment process of employment facing exchange rate shock under the condition of economic opening. Using dynamic panel and other methods, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of exchange rate on employment in 33 sectors of China's extractive industry and industry from 1998 to 2009. The results show that higher labor adjustment cost and exchange rate fluctuation reduce employment exchange rate elasticity, higher economic openness increases employment elasticity to exchange rate, and higher productivity reduces employment elasticity to exchange rate; Labor adjustment cost reduces the flexibility of employment exchange rate by restricting employment flow, and the impact on low labor productivity industries is greater than that on high labor productivity industries.
