【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增速迅猛,國(guó)家緊密部署的城鎮(zhèn)化組合新政、東部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移政策和"一帶一路"建設(shè)為新一輪人口落戶西部城市提供了新的機(jī)遇。然而,在城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展還面臨一系列現(xiàn)實(shí)難題需要解決。西部地區(qū)應(yīng)抓住難得的機(jī)遇,直面挑戰(zhàn),通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)發(fā)展、綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、財(cái)政政策調(diào)整和落戶政策保障等措施,為推動(dòng)區(qū)域城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)期可持續(xù)發(fā)展注入動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid economic growth in the western region of China, the new policy of urbanization combination, the policy of industrial transfer in the eastern region and the construction of "Belt and Road" have provided a new opportunity for the new population to settle in the western cities. In the process of urbanization, the realization of sustainable economic development in the western region also faces a series of practical problems to be solved. The western region should seize the rare opportunities, face the challenges directly, and develop green industry through industrial transformation and upgrading. The adjustment of fiscal policy and the guarantee of settling down policy will inject impetus to promote the development of regional urbanization and the long-term sustainable development of economy.
