【摘要】：農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)空心化、利用低效與無(wú)序擴(kuò)張等問(wèn)題是城鄉(xiāng)轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)程中鄉(xiāng)村地域系統(tǒng)演化的一種不良過(guò)程,對(duì)其進(jìn)行空間重構(gòu)是提高農(nóng)村土地集約利用水平、推進(jìn)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)、促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的重要突破口。選取重慶市統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)示范村江津區(qū)燕壩村為典型案例,在定量評(píng)價(jià)農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)斑塊綜合條件的基礎(chǔ)上,從農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)布局優(yōu)化與功能整合2個(gè)方面實(shí)現(xiàn)整村居民點(diǎn)的空間重構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明,燕壩村綜合影響力處于高、中、低3個(gè)等級(jí)的農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)斑塊數(shù)分別為4、93、290個(gè);不同等級(jí)農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)的綜合條件不同,應(yīng)采取適度發(fā)展、保留整合、遷移合并等不同的布局優(yōu)化模式;運(yùn)用加權(quán)Voronoi圖引導(dǎo)搬遷去向的同時(shí),融貫村域居民點(diǎn)綜合條件與農(nóng)戶居住需求指導(dǎo)農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)的功能整合,使得農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)空間重構(gòu)方案更加合理。該研究結(jié)果不僅為燕壩村農(nóng)村居民點(diǎn)空間重構(gòu)提供了科學(xué)參考和決策依據(jù),也為微觀尺度下的美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)提供了理論參考與實(shí)踐借鑒。
[Abstract]:The hollowing of rural settlements and the utilization of inefficient and disorderly expansion are a bad process in the evolution of rural regional systems in the process of urban and rural transformation. The spatial reconstruction of rural settlements is to improve the level of intensive use of rural land and to promote the construction of new rural areas. An important breakthrough to promote the overall development of urban and rural areas. Based on the quantitative evaluation of the comprehensive conditions of patches in rural residential areas, a typical case of Yanba Village in Jiang Jin District, an urban and rural demonstration village in Chongqing, is selected. The spatial reconstruction of the whole village residential area was realized from the two aspects of the layout optimization and the function integration of the rural residential area. The results showed that the comprehensive influence of Yanba village was in high, middle and low grade, the number of patches in the rural residential area was 93,290, respectively. The comprehensive conditions of different grade rural residential areas are different, so we should adopt different layout optimization models, such as moderate development, retention, integration, migration and merger, and use the weighted Voronoi diagram to guide the relocation direction, at the same time, The integration of the comprehensive conditions and the living needs of rural households to guide the functional integration of rural settlements, The research results not only provide scientific reference and decision basis for the reconstruction of rural residential space in Yanba village, but also make the reconstruction of rural residential area more reasonable. It also provides theoretical and practical reference for the construction of beautiful countryside on micro scale.
