【摘要】：當(dāng)今環(huán)境污染已是一個(gè)不容忽視的問(wèn)題。在物流領(lǐng)域,物流企業(yè)的各個(gè)活動(dòng),像運(yùn)輸、流通加工、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、包裝等,都需要消耗大量的資源能源,并對(duì)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生直接的影響。在當(dāng)今倡導(dǎo)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的主題下,物流企業(yè)有責(zé)任承擔(dān)環(huán)境保護(hù)的義務(wù),改善物流企業(yè)的環(huán)境行為。本文就是在此背景下,研究物流企業(yè)的環(huán)境行為現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。首先在文獻(xiàn)綜述部分對(duì)企業(yè)環(huán)境行為、企業(yè)環(huán)境行為評(píng)價(jià)、內(nèi)容分析法、環(huán)境信息披露等國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述;其次,在參照國(guó)家環(huán)境保護(hù)總局發(fā)布的《企業(yè)環(huán)境行為評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)指南》,對(duì)相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了增減變動(dòng),得到物流企業(yè)環(huán)境行為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;最后依照該體系,運(yùn)用內(nèi)容分析法對(duì)物流企業(yè)的環(huán)境行為進(jìn)行了分析,并比較了不同類型物流企業(yè)在各指標(biāo)上的差異。在綜上的研究基礎(chǔ)上,提出了改善物流企業(yè)環(huán)境行為的管理建議。通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),物流企業(yè)在企業(yè)環(huán)境行為方面整體表現(xiàn)良好,不同類型的物流企業(yè)在各指標(biāo)上表現(xiàn)出較大的差異;在環(huán)境管理指標(biāo)上,大多數(shù)企業(yè)都沒有通過(guò)環(huán)境管理體系認(rèn)證和落實(shí)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)“三同時(shí)”制度。其中港口物流企業(yè)表現(xiàn)的最好,而鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)在該指標(biāo)上表現(xiàn)最差。在資源使用指標(biāo)上,港口物流企業(yè)表現(xiàn)很好,而公路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)表現(xiàn)最差。不同類型的物流企業(yè)在減少貨物損壞率采取的措施方面存在較大的差異。在污染排放指標(biāo)上,不同類型的物流企業(yè)間不存在明顯的差異。在社會(huì)影響指標(biāo)方面,保證作業(yè)安全,對(duì)于任何類型的物流企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)都是最重要的。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, environmental pollution is a problem that can not be ignored. In the field of logistics, various activities of logistics enterprises, such as transportation, circulation and processing, storage, packaging and so on, need to consume a large amount of resources and energy. And has a direct impact on the environment. Under the theme of advocating low-carbon economy today, logistics enterprises have the responsibility to assume the obligation of environmental protection and improve the environmental behavior of logistics enterprises. This paper studies the current situation of environmental behavior of logistics enterprises, and evaluates it. Firstly, in the part of literature review, the research status of enterprise environmental behavior, enterprise environmental behavior evaluation, content analysis, environmental information disclosure and other domestic and foreign research status is described in detail. Secondly, referring to the Technical Guide for Environmental behavior Evaluation of Enterprises issued by the State Environmental Protection Administration, the index system of environmental behavior evaluation for logistics enterprises is obtained by changing the relevant indicators. This paper analyzes the environmental behavior of logistics enterprises by means of content analysis, and compares the differences of different types of logistics enterprises in each index. The paper puts forward some management suggestions to improve the environmental behavior of logistics enterprises. Through the research, it is found that logistics enterprises have a good overall performance in the environmental behavior of enterprises, and different types of logistics enterprises show great differences in each index. In terms of environmental management indicators, most enterprises have not passed the environmental management system certification and implemented the "three simultaneous" system of project construction. Among them, port logistics enterprises have the best performance. On the other hand, railway transport enterprises are the worst performers in this index. In terms of resource utilization indicators, port logistics enterprises have performed very well. Different types of logistics enterprises have great differences in the measures taken to reduce the damage rate of goods. In terms of pollution emission targets, There is no obvious difference between different types of logistics enterprises. In terms of social impact indicators, ensuring job safety is the most important for any type of logistics enterprises.
