【摘要】:正2017年3月注定將是載入房地產行業(yè)發(fā)展史冊的日子。短短十余天,約30個城市相繼升級限購限貸政策,北京市場更是8天連遭6記調控重拳,成為此輪緊縮調控的標桿。我們禁不住要問:為什么不到半年時間,樓市調控再次加碼?這些"組合拳"摁得住房價嗎?
