【摘要】：文章利用2005~2015年國內(nèi)84個(gè)城市的信息,使用空間測(cè)量的方法對(duì)城市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)行業(yè)專業(yè)化聚集、多樣性聚集、聚集規(guī)模大小以及土地應(yīng)用的空間變化狀況進(jìn)行分析;通過構(gòu)建生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)行業(yè)和土地集約應(yīng)用的空間聯(lián)系參量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),校驗(yàn)了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)行業(yè)生產(chǎn)模式、服務(wù)業(yè)聚集以及城市土地集約化應(yīng)用評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)。研究結(jié)果表明:國內(nèi)城市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)行業(yè)聚集和土地集約化應(yīng)用之間存在空間聯(lián)系;城市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)行業(yè)聚集采用多樣化聚集方式;技術(shù)外溢因子及經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模提升對(duì)土地集約化應(yīng)用的作用表現(xiàn)為逐級(jí)遞減。
[Abstract]:This paper uses 2005~2015 84 city domestic information, method using space to measure the city productive service industry specialization aggregation, diversity aggregation, aggregation changes in size and space of land use were analyzed; through the spatial contact parameter standard of productive service industry and the construction of land intensive use, check the production service industry production patterns, service industry gathering and evaluation of city land intensive use standard system. The results show that: the spatial relationship between the domestic production of the service industry agglomeration and city land intensive use; city productive service industry gathered by diversified aggregation; technology spillover factor and economies of scale to enhance land intensive application role performance is progressively decreasing.
