【摘要】：生態(tài)資本主義有兩個(gè)派別:生態(tài)市場(chǎng)主義和生態(tài)凱恩斯主義。兩者都把生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)視為新的謀利機(jī)會(huì),但生態(tài)市場(chǎng)主義者主張政府只干預(yù)初始價(jià)格,其余由市場(chǎng)決定,生態(tài)凱恩斯主義者則主張通過(guò)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)解決就業(yè)問(wèn)題。生態(tài)社會(huì)主義者認(rèn)為,剩余價(jià)值生產(chǎn)要求刺激需求,以消化超出人類(lèi)需要的使用價(jià)值生產(chǎn)份額,這是生態(tài)問(wèn)題的根源。生態(tài)社會(huì)主義者要求把剩余價(jià)值生產(chǎn)還原為使用價(jià)值生產(chǎn),認(rèn)為在此之前的新社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)只能起改良作用,客觀上增加剩余價(jià)值生產(chǎn)的成本,從而從供給方面擠壓資本的再生產(chǎn)。生態(tài)社會(huì)主義者沒(méi)有看到,把生態(tài)危機(jī)還原為經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的做法限制了社會(huì)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)的視野,因?yàn)槭褂脙r(jià)值仍然與人的物質(zhì)需要、肉體需要聯(lián)系在一起,無(wú)法擴(kuò)展到社會(huì)需要、精神需要。要構(gòu)建新型的生態(tài)文明,必須從"全面生產(chǎn)"和"自由生產(chǎn)"的角度,把"需要的生產(chǎn)"提上政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)批判的日程。
[Abstract]:There are two factions of ecological capitalism: ecological marketism and ecological Keynesianism. Both view ecological industries as new opportunities for profit, but eco-marketers argue that the government only interferes with initial prices, with the rest determined by the market. The ecological Keynesians advocate solving the employment problem through ecological industry. The ecological socialists believe that the production of surplus value requires stimulating demand in order to digest the production share of use value that exceeds the needs of mankind. This is the root of the ecological problem.Eco-socialists demand that the production of surplus value be reduced to the production of use-value, and that the new social movement before this can only improve the cost of the production of surplus value, and objectively increase the cost of the production of surplus value. As a result, the reproduction of capital was squeezed from the supply side. Ecological socialists did not see that the practice of reducing the ecological crisis to economic crisis limited the vision of the socialist movement, because the use value was still related to the material needs of human beings. The physical needs can not be extended to social needs and spiritual needs. In order to build a new ecological civilization, we must put the "production of need" on the agenda of political economic criticism from the angle of "total production" and "free production".
