【摘要】：為了提升區(qū)域物流系統(tǒng)可靠性與可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,基于復雜系統(tǒng)理論對區(qū)域物流系統(tǒng)脆弱性進行概念界定,構建了區(qū)域物流系統(tǒng)脆弱性的概念模型;在分析區(qū)域物流系統(tǒng)脆弱性影響因素的基礎上,提出了脆弱性評價指標體系及綜合評價模型,并對中國大陸地區(qū)31個省(直轄市、自治區(qū))區(qū)域物流系統(tǒng)脆弱性的空間分異特征進行了研究。研究表明:全國層面的區(qū)域物流系統(tǒng)脆弱性兩極分化的空間分異特征顯著,具有明顯的"西高東低"特征;高生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性和高社會脆弱性是區(qū)域物流系統(tǒng)脆弱性居高的主要原因;全國的區(qū)域物流系統(tǒng)生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性普遍偏高,而東部地區(qū)物流系統(tǒng)資源脆弱性最高。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the reliability and sustainable development ability of regional logistics system, the concept of regional logistics system vulnerability is defined based on complex system theory, and the conceptual model of regional logistics system vulnerability is constructed. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the vulnerability of the regional logistics system, the vulnerability evaluation index system and the comprehensive evaluation model are put forward, and 31 provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) in the mainland of China are analyzed. The spatial differentiation characteristics of regional logistics system vulnerability are studied. The results show that the spatial differentiation of regional logistics system vulnerability at the national level is significant and has the characteristics of "west high and east low"; High ecological environment vulnerability and high social vulnerability are the main reasons for the high vulnerability of regional logistics system. The vulnerability of regional logistics system ecological environment is generally high in China, while the vulnerability of logistics system resources in eastern region is the highest.
