【摘要】:本文基于2013年中國(guó)綜合社會(huì)調(diào)查(CGSS)和《中國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒2014》數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用有序Logit模型和OLS模型探討了就業(yè)質(zhì)量和社會(huì)認(rèn)知對(duì)農(nóng)民工幸福感的影響及其代際差異。進(jìn)一步地,為了克服主觀變量間雙向因果關(guān)系所導(dǎo)致的潛在內(nèi)生性問(wèn)題,本文選取"是否熟悉居委會(huì)歷史"和"是否有投票經(jīng)歷"作為工具變量,采用2SLS模型進(jìn)行了內(nèi)生性分析和穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果顯示:第一,就業(yè)質(zhì)量對(duì)農(nóng)民工幸福感影響顯著,其中,勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬對(duì)農(nóng)民工幸福感有顯著的正向影響,參加醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)或養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)的農(nóng)民工的幸福感更高,而工作時(shí)間有顯著的負(fù)向影響,簽訂勞動(dòng)合同的農(nóng)民工的幸福感更低;第二,良好的社會(huì)公平感知、較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)地位感知和積極的情緒狀態(tài)可以提高農(nóng)民工幸福感,積極的情緒狀態(tài)還能有效緩解工作時(shí)間對(duì)農(nóng)民工幸福感的負(fù)向效應(yīng);第三,就業(yè)質(zhì)量和社會(huì)認(rèn)知對(duì)農(nóng)民工幸福感的影響存在代際差異,工作類型和勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬對(duì)新生代農(nóng)民工幸福感的影響顯著高于對(duì)老一代農(nóng)民工幸福感的影響,而勞動(dòng)合同簽訂狀況、是否參加養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)地位感知的影響則呈現(xiàn)相反的情況。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 2013 China Comprehensive Social Survey (CGSS) and China Statistical Yearbook 2014, this paper discusses the effects of employment quality and social cognition on the well-being of migrant workers and their intergenerational differences by using ordered Logit model and OLS model. In order to overcome the potential endogenous problem caused by two-way causality between subjective variables, this paper chooses "familiar with neighborhood history" and "voting experience" as tool variables. The results show that: first, the employment quality has a significant impact on the well-being of migrant workers, among which, labor compensation has a significant positive impact on the well-being of migrant workers. Migrant workers who participated in medical insurance or old-age insurance were more happy, while the working hours had a significant negative impact, the migrant workers who signed labor contracts were less happy. Second, good social justice perception, Higher economic status perception and positive emotional state can improve the well-being of migrant workers, positive emotional state can also effectively alleviate the negative effects of working hours on migrant workers well-being; third, The influence of employment quality and social cognition on the well-being of migrant workers is intergenerational. The influence of job type and labor compensation on the well-being of the new generation of migrant workers is significantly higher than that on the well-being of the older generation of migrant workers, and the status of labor contract signing. Whether or not to participate in pension insurance and financial status perception of the impact of the opposite situation.
