“眾籌建樁”發(fā)展模式調(diào)研及對策研究——以常州市為例

【摘要】:近年來,常州市首創(chuàng)"眾籌建樁"模式并成功解決了新能源汽車充電設(shè)施建設(shè)與運(yùn)營的難題。本文通過探討"眾籌建樁"的運(yùn)行模式、業(yè)務(wù)模式及盈利模式,深入剖析了常州市"眾籌建樁"存在的問題,包括市民知曉度不高、充電樁位置不合理、運(yùn)營企業(yè)及合作者短期內(nèi)難以盈利、充電樁自身存在的車位與電樁矛盾等。基于此,有針對性地提出擴(kuò)大宣傳影響力、改善建樁地點(diǎn)布局、發(fā)展延伸服務(wù)與深入挖掘其價(jià)值等對策建議,希望為新能源汽車充電樁建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)出自己的一份綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Changzhou has pioneered the mode of "multipurpose pile" and successfully solved the problem of construction and operation of new energy vehicle charging facilities. This paper discusses the operation mode, business model and profit model of "crowdly-prepared pile". This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the "public planning pile" in Changzhou, including the low level of public awareness, unreasonable location of the charging pile, difficulty in making profits in the short term by the operating enterprises and partners, and the contradiction between the parking space of the charging pile itself and the electric pile, and so on. Countermeasures and suggestions such as expanding propaganda influence improving the layout of pile construction site developing extending service and digging its value deeply are put forward in the hope of contributing a little contribution to the construction of new energy vehicle charging pile.
