【摘要】：隨著綠色生產(chǎn)理念的推廣,合同能源管理得以迅速發(fā)展,已成為大中型企業(yè)實(shí)行節(jié)能管理的重要措施及手段,也是企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色發(fā)展采用的重要模式。油氣田開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)作為資源生產(chǎn)企業(yè),在勘探、開(kāi)發(fā)、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中需要消耗大量能源資源,通過(guò)分析其實(shí)施合同能源管理的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和存在的問(wèn)題,以及合同能源管理模式的適用性,可積極探索適合油氣田開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)的能源合同管理模式,以實(shí)現(xiàn)油氣田開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)節(jié)能降耗和綠色發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of green production concept, energy management contract to the rapid development of large and medium-sized enterprises, has become an important means of energy saving measures and management, enterprise is an important model to realize green development. The exploitation of oil and gas resources as enterprise production enterprises, in the exploration, development, need to consume a lot of energy resources in the production process, through the analysis of the the advantages of contract energy management and the existing problems, and the applicability of the contract energy management mode, actively explore suitable energy contract management mode of oil and gas field development of enterprises, in order to achieve the development of oil and gas fields of energy saving and green development.
