國際工程項目的脆弱性與政治風(fēng)險的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:在分析國際工程政治風(fēng)險形成機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,通過文獻(xiàn)綜述法識別22個國際工程項目的脆弱性影響因素,并采用因子分析法建立國際工程項目的脆弱性評價指標(biāo);通過問卷調(diào)查法獲得134個國際工程項目的信息和政治風(fēng)險損失,并采用TOPSIS法測量其工程項目的脆弱性,分析兩者的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果表明:政治風(fēng)險是工程項目外部干擾和系統(tǒng)脆弱性相互耦合的結(jié)果,在相同干擾度下,國際工程項目的脆弱性與風(fēng)險損失存在顯著正相關(guān)。國際承包商可以依據(jù)工程項目的脆弱評價指標(biāo)以及脆弱性與政治風(fēng)險的關(guān)系,不斷改善和降低工程項目的脆弱性,從而更好地應(yīng)對政治風(fēng)險,并形成自身的競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of international engineering political risks, the factors affecting the vulnerability of 22 international engineering projects are identified by literature review method, and the vulnerability evaluation indexes of international engineering projects are established by factor analysis method. The information and political risk loss of 134 international engineering projects were obtained by questionnaire, and the vulnerability of their projects was measured by TOPSIS method. The results show that the political risk is the result of mutual coupling between the external interference and the system vulnerability of the project, and under the same degree of interference, There is a significant positive correlation between the vulnerability of the international engineering project and the risk loss. According to the vulnerability evaluation index of the project and the relationship between the vulnerability and the political risk, the international contractor can continuously improve and reduce the vulnerability of the project. In order to better deal with political risks and form their own competitive advantage.
