【摘要】：本文考察了推動中國結(jié)構(gòu)變遷的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策及其對勞動生產(chǎn)率和收入的影響。首先,本文計算了結(jié)構(gòu)變遷和部門內(nèi)生產(chǎn)率增長對中國總體勞動生產(chǎn)率增長的貢獻。其次,本文考察了推動結(jié)構(gòu)變遷的政策,重點考察了中國的經(jīng)濟特區(qū)在吸引外商直接投資、提高制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)率、推動產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和創(chuàng)造就業(yè)方面所發(fā)揮的作用,并估計了制造業(yè)的就業(yè)乘數(shù)效應(yīng)。再次,本文進一步考察了制造業(yè)內(nèi)部各行業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)變遷和生產(chǎn)率增長。研究結(jié)果表明,制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的增長主要來自部門內(nèi)生產(chǎn)率增長和轉(zhuǎn)向生產(chǎn)更高端產(chǎn)品的制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型。最后,本文簡要討論了中國經(jīng)驗對其他發(fā)展中國家政策制定的意義。
[Abstract]:This paper examines the industrial policies that promote China's structural change and its impact on labor productivity and income. Firstly, the contribution of structural change and intra-sector productivity growth to China's overall labor productivity growth is calculated. This paper examines the policies to promote structural change, focusing on the role of China's special economic zones in attracting foreign direct investment, increasing manufacturing productivity, promoting industrial agglomeration and creating jobs. Moreover, the employment multiplier effect of manufacturing industry is estimated. Thirdly, the structural changes and productivity growth of various industries in manufacturing industry are further investigated in this paper. The increase in manufacturing productivity is mainly due to the growth of productivity in the sector and the transition to higher-end manufacturing. Finally, this paper briefly discusses the significance of the Chinese experience to the policy-making of other developing countries.
