【摘要】：正改革開放30多年來,伴隨著我國城市化的快速推進(jìn),城市和鄉(xiāng)村居民在信息技術(shù)擁有和應(yīng)用能力方面存在的差距越來越大。這種由信息化所引發(fā)的城鄉(xiāng)"信息落差""知識(shí)分隔""貧富懸殊"和"社會(huì)分化"現(xiàn)象被形象地稱為"城鄉(xiāng)數(shù)字鴻溝"。目前,我國城鄉(xiāng)數(shù)字鴻溝對(duì)城市化的影響廣泛而深遠(yuǎn),阻礙了鄉(xiāng)村由封閉落后的農(nóng)業(yè)文明向現(xiàn)代城市文明的轉(zhuǎn)變、鄉(xiāng)村居民思維方式、行為方式、文化素養(yǎng)的提高、鄉(xiāng)村居民生活水平的改善、鄉(xiāng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí)與收入的提高、城鄉(xiāng)"二元經(jīng)濟(jì)"
[Abstract]:During the past 30 years of reform and opening up, with the rapid development of urbanization in China, There is a growing gap between urban and rural residents in the ability to own and apply information technology. This phenomenon of "information gap", "knowledge segregation", "disparity between the rich and the poor" and "social differentiation" caused by information technology has been shaped. Tentatively referred to as the "urban-rural digital divide". The digital divide between urban and rural areas has a wide and far-reaching impact on urbanization, which hinders the transformation of rural areas from closed and backward agricultural civilization to modern urban civilization, and the improvement of rural residents' mode of thinking, behavior and cultural literacy. The improvement of the living standard of rural residents, the upgrading of rural industrial structure and the improvement of income, and the "dual economy" between urban and rural areas
