【摘要】：公共信用信息平臺作為城市社會信用體系建設的載體,應當在科學搭建、數據歸集和大數據應用方面發(fā)揮更大作用,實現更大突破,推動城市信用建設上升到新水平。在大數據背景下,要以應用促建為導向,在關注平臺建設在具備數據歸集與存儲、發(fā)布與公示、查詢與共享等基礎功能外,開發(fā)以大數據為支撐的信用監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)、為中小微企業(yè)融資服務的信用信息系統(tǒng)、企業(yè)信用評級系統(tǒng)以及大數據應用等多元化服務。
[Abstract]:As the carrier of the construction of urban social credit system, the public credit information platform should play a greater role in scientific construction, data collection and big data application, and achieve greater breakthroughs. To promote urban credit construction to a new level. Under the background of big data, it is necessary to take application and construction as a guide, and to focus on the platform construction in terms of having basic functions such as data collection and storage, publication and publicity, query and sharing, etc. To develop a credit supervision system supported by big data, a credit information system for financing small and medium-sized enterprises, a credit rating system for enterprises, and a diversified service for the application of big data.
