【摘要】：公共信用信息平臺(tái)作為城市社會(huì)信用體系建設(shè)的載體,應(yīng)當(dāng)在科學(xué)搭建、數(shù)據(jù)歸集和大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用方面發(fā)揮更大作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)更大突破,推動(dòng)城市信用建設(shè)上升到新水平。在大數(shù)據(jù)背景下,要以應(yīng)用促建為導(dǎo)向,在關(guān)注平臺(tái)建設(shè)在具備數(shù)據(jù)歸集與存儲(chǔ)、發(fā)布與公示、查詢與共享等基礎(chǔ)功能外,開發(fā)以大數(shù)據(jù)為支撐的信用監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)、為中小微企業(yè)融資服務(wù)的信用信息系統(tǒng)、企業(yè)信用評(píng)級(jí)系統(tǒng)以及大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用等多元化服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:As the carrier of the construction of urban social credit system, the public credit information platform should play a greater role in scientific construction, data collection and big data application, and achieve greater breakthroughs. To promote urban credit construction to a new level. Under the background of big data, it is necessary to take application and construction as a guide, and to focus on the platform construction in terms of having basic functions such as data collection and storage, publication and publicity, query and sharing, etc. To develop a credit supervision system supported by big data, a credit information system for financing small and medium-sized enterprises, a credit rating system for enterprises, and a diversified service for the application of big data.
