【摘要】：論文使用2015年全國(guó)低收入家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)(CLIFSS)分析我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)低收入家庭就業(yè)狀況發(fā)現(xiàn),城市和農(nóng)村低收入家庭在就業(yè)人數(shù)、單位性質(zhì)、雇傭性質(zhì)、工作時(shí)間等方面都存在顯著差異。二元logistics回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,最低生活保障和醫(yī)療救助對(duì)于城鄉(xiāng)低收入家庭成員就業(yè)都有顯著負(fù)面影響,醫(yī)療救助對(duì)于農(nóng)村低收入家庭成員就業(yè)的負(fù)面影響更大。社會(huì)資本對(duì)于城鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村低收入家庭成員就業(yè)均有促進(jìn)作用,但對(duì)農(nóng)村低收入家庭成員就業(yè)的作用更大。受教育程度只對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)低收入家庭成員的就業(yè)有正面影響,殘疾和患慢性病只對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)低收入家庭就業(yè)有顯著負(fù)面影響。家庭成員數(shù)越多、對(duì)家庭收入越滿意越有利于增加城鄉(xiāng)低收入家庭成員的就業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)。這表明,社會(huì)救助、社會(huì)資本和個(gè)體特征對(duì)于低收入家庭就業(yè)的影響有明顯城鄉(xiāng)差異。
[Abstract]:This paper uses the data of the National Survey of Economic status of Low-Income families in 2015 (CLIFSS) to analyze the employment situation of low-income families in urban and rural areas. It is found that the number of persons employed, the nature of units and the nature of employment of low-income families in urban and rural areas. The results of binary logistics regression analysis showed that the minimum living security and medical assistance had significant negative effects on the employment of low-income family members in urban and rural areas. Medical aid has a greater negative impact on the employment of low-income family members in rural areas. Social capital can promote the employment of low-income family members in both urban and rural areas. However, the employment of low-income family members in rural areas is more important. The level of education only has a positive effect on the employment of low-income family members in urban areas. Disability and chronic diseases only have a significant negative impact on the employment of low-income families in urban and rural areas. The greater the number of family members, the more satisfied they are with family income, which is conducive to increasing the employment motivation of low-income family members in urban and rural areas. The influence of social capital and individual characteristics on employment of low-income families is obviously different between urban and rural areas.
