【摘要】：文章在對農業(yè)主導型村鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)(海南)和工貿綜合型村鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)(福建)兩類不同類型村鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)的調研基礎上,從就業(yè)、居住和落戶3個方面對村民的就地城鎮(zhèn)化意愿差異進行比較分析,并通過實現(xiàn)條件對城鎮(zhèn)化意愿形成的影響因素進行初步判斷。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):按"就業(yè)—居住—落戶"的城鎮(zhèn)化意愿形成方向次序,兩類村鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)的被調查村民城鎮(zhèn)化意愿都表現(xiàn)出顯著的逐級弱化趨勢,小城鎮(zhèn)戶籍吸引力明顯不足;家庭經濟條件較差是促使村民希望通過就業(yè)和居住城鎮(zhèn)化改善生活水平的重要原因;農業(yè)主導型村鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)村民對所在鎮(zhèn)區(qū)公共服務功能的依賴性高于工貿綜合型村鎮(zhèn)地區(qū);城鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn)村)空間聯(lián)系越強,村民的鎮(zhèn)區(qū)就業(yè)和居住城鎮(zhèn)化意愿也會越強。最后基于研究結果提出村鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展方向與類型化策略建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the investigation of two different types of villages and towns, namely, agricultural dominant villages and towns (Hainan) and industrial and trade integrated villages and towns (Fujian), this paper analyzes the employment of the two types of villages and towns. Comparing and analyzing the differences of the villagers' willingness to urbanization on the spot from the three aspects of residence and settlement. And through the realization of the conditions to determine the factors affecting the formation of urbanization will. The study found that: according to the "employment-habitation-settled" of the direction of urbanization will be formed in the order, The urbanization intention of the investigated villagers in the two types of villages and towns shows a marked weakening trend, and the attraction of household registration in small towns is obviously insufficient; The poor family economic condition is the important reason to urge the villagers to improve their living standard through employment and urbanization; the dependence of the villagers on the public service function of their towns is higher than that of the industrial and trade integrated villages and towns. The stronger the spatial connection between urban and rural areas is, the stronger the villagers' willingness of employment and urbanization will be. Finally, based on the research results, some suggestions on the development direction and types of villages and towns are put forward.
