【摘要】：隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的到來,各行各業(yè)的人都開始進(jìn)行大數(shù)據(jù)方面的研究應(yīng)用。計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué),信息技術(shù),應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué),計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué),運(yùn)籌學(xué),工業(yè)工程,電子工程,不一而足。就當(dāng)前而言,我國利用“大數(shù)據(jù)”的領(lǐng)域非常廣泛,其中包括高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)在內(nèi)的國家統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用,而這種應(yīng)用是國家、政府的頂層設(shè)計(jì)所必不可少的。數(shù)據(jù)之所以重要,就是因?yàn)槠淇梢詭椭嚓P(guān)部門有的放矢的開展工作,在提高決策成功率、社會(huì)管理效率等方面具有非常有價(jià)值的作用。然而,大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的特點(diǎn)是應(yīng)用先行,而相關(guān)理論研究具有一定的滯后性,因此本文針對高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)問題,引入大數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)概念理論進(jìn)行研究,以期為大數(shù)據(jù)的理論研究與具體應(yīng)用提供有益建議。本文將“大數(shù)據(jù)”理念與高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作相結(jié)合,點(diǎn)明大數(shù)據(jù)對于高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)的重要性與實(shí)用性,同時(shí)以社會(huì)治理理論為支撐,對以沈陽市為例的高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作進(jìn)行深入剖析,分析沈陽市高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)的問題,包括公眾對就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作關(guān)注少,就業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量較差,基層統(tǒng)計(jì)人員身兼數(shù)職,就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作上報(bào)機(jī)制不順,統(tǒng)計(jì)上報(bào)系統(tǒng)不完善,數(shù)據(jù)分析應(yīng)用時(shí)效性和監(jiān)督性不強(qiáng)等等,尋找造成沈陽市高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作問題的原因,包括:畢業(yè)生數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)觀念落后,就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)培訓(xùn)效果差,就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)層級較多,就業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布時(shí)間滯后,就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作不協(xié)調(diào),統(tǒng)計(jì)法規(guī)執(zhí)法可操作性差等等,從而給出“大數(shù)據(jù)”背景下高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作的改革對策,包括:改變統(tǒng)計(jì)觀念以優(yōu)化統(tǒng)計(jì)服務(wù),加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)計(jì)信息獲取能力;變革就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu);增強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)效提高數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值;完善統(tǒng)計(jì)制度與協(xié)作機(jī)制;增強(qiáng)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作的法制體系等。
[Abstract]:With the advent of big data's time, people of all kinds of industries began to carry out research and application of big data. Computer science, information technology, applied mathematics, computational mathematics, operational research, industrial engineering, electronic engineering, For the time being, China uses "big data" in a wide range of fields, including the use of national statistical data, including employment statistics for college graduates, which is the state, The data is important because it can help the relevant government departments to work in a targeted way to improve the success rate of decision-making. The efficiency of social management has a very valuable role. However, the characteristics of big data era is that the application is first, and the relevant theoretical research has a certain lag, so this paper aims at the employment statistics of college graduates. In order to provide useful suggestions for the theoretical research and practical application of big data, this paper combines the concept of "big data" with the statistical work of employment data of college graduates. This paper points out the importance and practicability of big data for the employment statistics of college graduates. At the same time, taking the theory of social governance as the support, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the statistics of employment data of college graduates taking Shenyang as an example. This paper analyzes the problems of employment statistics of college graduates in Shenyang, including the lack of public attention to employment statistics, the poor quality of employment statistics, the number of jobs held by basic level statisticians, and the poor reporting mechanism of employment statistics. The statistical reporting system is not perfect, the application of data analysis is not effective and supervision is not strong, and so on, to find out the causes of the problems in the statistical work of employment data of graduates in Shenyang, including: the concept of statistics of graduates is backward, The statistical training effect of employment data is poor, there are many levels of employment data statistical agencies, the time of release of employment statistics data lags behind, the statistical work of employment data is not coordinated, the operation of statistical laws and regulations is poor, and so on. The reform countermeasures of employment data statistics of college graduates under the background of "big data" are put forward, including: changing the statistical concept to optimize the statistical service, strengthening the ability of obtaining statistical information, reforming the employment statistics organization; Strengthen the data limitation, improve the data value, perfect the statistical system and cooperation mechanism, strengthen the legal system of statistical work, etc.
