【摘要】：正2016年以來中國大中城市房價的快速上漲引發(fā)新一輪地方調控,隨后中央提出須建立房地產市場發(fā)展的長效機制。本專題回顧我國房地產市場的發(fā)展歷程,探討房地產行業(yè)對于經濟發(fā)展、城鎮(zhèn)社會轉型升級、金融改革和風險管理的意義與影響,以及如何通過建立長效機制來達到既抑制房地產泡沫,又防止房地產價格出現(xiàn)大起大落的目標。
[Abstract]:Since 2016, the rapid rise of housing prices in large and medium-sized cities in China has triggered a new round of local regulation and control. Then the central government put forward the need to establish a long-term mechanism for the development of the real estate market. This topic reviews the development of the real estate market in China, discusses the real estate industry for economic development, urban social transformation and upgrading. The significance and influence of financial reform and risk management, and how to establish a long-term mechanism to control the real estate bubble and prevent the real estate prices from fluctuating.
