【摘要】：高校擴(kuò)招以后,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)壓力不斷加大,就業(yè)質(zhì)量呈不斷下降趨勢(shì)。在中國(guó)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)發(fā)育不成熟,歷來(lái)重視關(guān)系和人情的文化背景下,社會(huì)資本成為影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的重要因素。本文從微觀社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的視角深入研究大學(xué)生的求職心理、求職觀念、求職行為以及大學(xué)畢業(yè)生自身的特征差異,同時(shí)以大學(xué)生家庭背景及自身?yè)碛械纳鐣?huì)資本為出發(fā)點(diǎn),基于大連市高校畢業(yè)生的社會(huì)資本和就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),利用改進(jìn)后的布勞-鄧肯職業(yè)地位獲得模型界定社會(huì)資本概念后,實(shí)證分析其對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的影響機(jī)制,為實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生充分和高質(zhì)量就業(yè),緩解"拼爹"在大學(xué)生就業(yè)過(guò)程中帶來(lái)的消極影響提供有效建議。
[Abstract]:After the college enrollment, college graduates employment pressure increasing, constantly decreased the quality of employment. In China labor market development is not mature, has always attached great importance to human relations and cultural background, social capital has become an important factor affecting the quality of employment of college students. This article from the micro perspective of the social structure in-depth study of College Students' employment psychology, employment the concept, characteristics and differences of job search behavior of college graduates, college students with family background and their own social capital as the starting point, Dalian city college graduates social capital and employment status based on the survey data, using the improved Blau Duncan occupation status model defines the concept of social capital, an empirical analysis of its mechanism influence on College Students' employment quality, in order to achieve high quality and college students' full employment, alleviate the "competition of family background in the employment of College Students The negative effects of the process provide effective advice.
