【摘要】：隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的興起,知識(shí)和技術(shù)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用越來越突出,而知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)在其中無疑占據(jù)了舉足輕重的地位。因此,清晰地認(rèn)識(shí)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)價(jià)值內(nèi)涵,明確知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)價(jià)值來源就顯得愈發(fā)重要。文章試圖在馬克思勞動(dòng)價(jià)值論的范疇內(nèi)對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)價(jià)值問題進(jìn)行討論,并分析知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)價(jià)值與一般商品價(jià)值的異同。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)幾個(gè)重要概念進(jìn)行辨析。
[Abstract]:With the rise of knowledge economy, knowledge and technology play a more and more important role in economic development, and intellectual property plays an important role in it. Therefore, it is clear to understand the value connotation of intellectual property. It is more and more important to clarify the origin of intellectual property value. This paper tries to discuss the value of intellectual property in the scope of Marx's theory of labor value. On the basis of analyzing the similarities and differences between intellectual property value and general commodity value, several important concepts are analyzed.
