【摘要】：交通設(shè)施始終是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要一環(huán)。內(nèi)陸貿(mào)易中,陸地交通至關(guān)重要,而對(duì)于跨國(guó)貿(mào)易,高效快捷的海港是貿(mào)易順暢的基礎(chǔ)。全球化以來(lái),傳統(tǒng)港口不僅沒有衰落,地位的重要性還持續(xù)加強(qiáng)�，F(xiàn)代港口特別是大型樞紐港的地位更是日益突出,并且隨著近年來(lái)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,港口在現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展中,因貨物特性涉及了集疏運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送、流通加工、口岸通關(guān)和增值服務(wù)等物流過(guò)程,輻射周邊地區(qū),且反過(guò)來(lái)又促進(jìn)港口物流的發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)良性循環(huán)。曹妃甸港作為北方最大能源樞紐港,得天獨(dú)厚的地理位置優(yōu)勢(shì),使其成為連接我國(guó)工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的主要能源基礎(chǔ)——煤炭資源“西煤東運(yùn)”、“北煤南調(diào)”的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)。隨著煤炭散貨吞吐量快速增長(zhǎng),曹妃甸港卻還處于傳統(tǒng)的第一代港口的發(fā)展階段,其主要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施只適應(yīng)傳統(tǒng)散貨碼頭,碼頭的布局差,信息化建設(shè)差,管理問題也日益凸現(xiàn)。曹妃甸港要想做大做強(qiáng),要從港口裝卸生產(chǎn)型向臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)型轉(zhuǎn)變,必須立足本地優(yōu)勢(shì),高起點(diǎn)、高水平地將曹妃甸港定位在第三代港口上,結(jié)合應(yīng)用信息技術(shù),促進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化與暢通。在闡述港口煤炭物流相關(guān)理論和發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了曹妃甸港所面臨的政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和技術(shù)等外部環(huán)境和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境;指出了港口煤炭物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題;重點(diǎn)探討了曹妃甸港口煤炭物流發(fā)展的合理化策略,即進(jìn)行國(guó)家政策支持使物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,加強(qiáng)港口煤炭碼頭的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),完善港口煤炭集疏化系統(tǒng),提升港口物流綜合服務(wù)水平,提高物流信息化,加大港口物流專業(yè)人才的引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng),提高港口的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。希望通過(guò)本研究,可以為國(guó)內(nèi)外港口研究提供樣本,促進(jìn)港口對(duì)比研究以及煤炭物流的發(fā)展,并為增強(qiáng)曹妃甸港口的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升重要參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:Transport facilities have always been an important part of economic development. In inland trade, land transport is very important, and for transnational trade, efficient and fast seaports are the basis of smooth trade. Traditional ports not only have not declined, but the importance of status has been continuously strengthened. The status of modern ports, especially large hub ports, is increasingly prominent, and with the development of international economy in recent years. Port in the modern logistics development, because of the characteristics of goods involved in transportation, warehousing and distribution, circulation processing, port customs clearance and value-added services and other logistics processes, radiation surrounding areas. Caofeidian Port, as the largest energy hub port in the north, has unique geographical advantages. Make it become the main energy base of the industrialization process of our country-coal resources "west to east", "north coal south transfer" an important node, with the rapid growth of coal bulk cargo throughput. Caofeidian port is still in the development stage of the traditional first generation port, its main infrastructure only adapts to the traditional bulk cargo wharf, the layout of the wharf is poor, the information construction is poor. If Caofeidian Port wants to be bigger and stronger, it must base on local advantage and start from port loading and unloading production type to port industry development type. The Caofeidian port is positioned on the third generation port at a high level, which combines the application of information technology to promote the optimization and smooth flow of supply chain. On the basis of explaining the relevant theory and development experience of port coal logistics. This paper analyzes the external environment and competition environment of Caofeidian Port, such as policy, economy, society and technology. The present situation and existing problems of port coal logistics are pointed out. The rational strategy of coal logistics development in Caofeidian port is mainly discussed in this paper, that is, to carry on the national policy support to make the logistics standardization, to strengthen the infrastructure construction of the port coal wharf, and to perfect the coal gathering and thinning system of the port. Improve the comprehensive service level of port logistics, improve logistics information, increase the introduction and training of port logistics professionals, improve the competitiveness of the port. Hope this study can provide samples for port research at home and abroad. To promote the port comparative study and the development of coal logistics, and to enhance the core competitiveness of Caofeidian port important reference.
