青島市城市發(fā)展與水資源利用結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)性研究

【摘要】:水資源作為基礎(chǔ)性資源在青島市城市發(fā)展中起著重要的作用,城市發(fā)展需要協(xié)調(diào)與水資源利用的關(guān)系,水資源的利用結(jié)構(gòu)是水資源利用的關(guān)鍵方面,在倡導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)化改革和共同發(fā)展的背景下,城市發(fā)展與水資源利用結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)性關(guān)系就變得更為重要。本文通過(guò)整理國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于城市發(fā)展與水資源的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)青島市城市發(fā)展與水資源利用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,確定城市發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和水資源利用結(jié)構(gòu)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),利用層次分析法和熵值法計(jì)算綜合權(quán)重,根據(jù)協(xié)調(diào)性評(píng)價(jià)模型(協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度)獲得青島市城市發(fā)展與水資源利用結(jié)構(gòu)之間的協(xié)調(diào)性水平。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果如下:青島市城市發(fā)展與水資源利用結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度,總體呈現(xiàn)增長(zhǎng)的態(tài)勢(shì),由2007年的0.4211增長(zhǎng)到2015年的0.9242,2007年-2008年為第一個(gè)階段,協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度為中度協(xié)調(diào),2009年-2015年為第二個(gè)階段,協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度為高度協(xié)調(diào)和極度協(xié)調(diào)協(xié)調(diào)。城市人口與水資源利用結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度呈上升的趨勢(shì),呈現(xiàn)類(lèi)似“U形”發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),城市經(jīng)濟(jì)和水資源利用結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)性變化趨勢(shì)與城市發(fā)展和水資源利用結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)性變化趨勢(shì)基本一致,城市社會(huì)與水資源利用結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度呈現(xiàn)上升的趨勢(shì),范圍在0.2-1之間,增長(zhǎng)幅度最大,2013年開(kāi)始,城市各子系統(tǒng)與水資源利用結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度吻合度高,協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度趨勢(shì)一致,均在高度協(xié)調(diào)甚至極度協(xié)調(diào)的狀態(tài)。為了進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)城市發(fā)展與水資源利用結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)性,提出樹(shù)立節(jié)水意識(shí),改善生活用水;產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整,優(yōu)化工業(yè)用水;利用科技促發(fā)展,改進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)用水等建議。
[Abstract]:As a basic resource of water resources plays an important role in the development of Qingdao City, the city development needs the coordination and utilization of water resources, water resources utilization structure is the key aspect of the use of water resources, in promoting common development and structural reform under the background of city development and coordinate the relationship between the structure and utilization of water resources is becoming more and more important. This article through the literature at home and abroad on city development and water resources of the relevant literature, the status of development and utilization of water resources in Qingdao city were analyzed to determine the evaluation index system of city development and utilization of water resources evaluation index, using AHP and entropy method to calculate the comprehensive weight, according to the coordination evaluation model (coordinated development degree) get the level of coordination between the structure of the development and utilization of water resources in Qingdao city. The evaluation results are as follows: the development of Qingdao city and water resources The structure of the coordinated development degree, showing an overall growth trend, increased from 0.4211 in 2007 to 0.92422007 in 2015 -2008 years for the first stage, the coordinated development degree is moderate coordination, 2009 -2015 in the second stage, the coordinated development degree is highly coordinated and extremely attuned. Co city population and the coordinated development degree is the rising trend of the structure and utilization of water resources, showing a similar trend of a "U" shape and structure of the city economy coordination trend and city development and coordination of the development trend of the structure of water resources utilization and utilization of water resources in a city, social structure and the coordinated development degree of increasing utilization of water resources, the scope of in 0.2-1, the largest increase, beginning in 2013, city of each subsystem and the structure of the coordinated development degree is consistent with high utilization of water resources, the coordinated development of the favorable trend in highly coordinated In order to further promote the coordination between urban development and the structure of water resources utilization, it is suggested to establish water saving awareness, improve domestic water consumption, industrial adjustment, optimize industrial water use, promote the development of science and technology and improve agricultural water consumption.
