延遲退休對我國就業(yè)的影響研究

【摘要】:日趨嚴(yán)重的人口老齡化是我國正在面對的一個重大難題。隨著人口老齡化水平的加劇,延遲退休成為我國應(yīng)對人口老齡化問題的一個重要策略選擇。但是與此同時(shí),延遲退休所帶來的相應(yīng)社會問題同樣不容忽視,尤其是政策出臺以后對我國整體就業(yè)的影響,一直是社會各界廣泛關(guān)注的核心焦點(diǎn)。本文針對在目前我國人口老齡化現(xiàn)狀下,延遲退休政策可能對我國就業(yè)產(chǎn)生的影響,從多方面開展研究,通過理論分析與數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證來驗(yàn)證,我國延遲退休與就業(yè)之間到底存在何種影響與關(guān)系。本文研究參考國內(nèi)外諸多學(xué)者的研究觀點(diǎn),結(jié)合生命周期理論以及人力資本理論,深入分析具體的延遲退休政策將對就業(yè)產(chǎn)生的影響,提出延遲退休政策不影響就業(yè)的觀點(diǎn)認(rèn)識,同時(shí)就關(guān)于如何促進(jìn)就業(yè)提出自己的意見,為我國當(dāng)前延遲退休政策實(shí)施提供一定的參考。全文主要分六個部分展開研究。全文共分為六個部分,層層推進(jìn)。第一部分是緒論,主要對全文的研究背景、研究意義、研究方法以及全文的研究框架、研究方法進(jìn)行闡述,使得讀者對本文的研究有一個清晰的認(rèn)識,同時(shí)也為全文的研究開展進(jìn)行鋪墊;第二部分主要內(nèi)容是進(jìn)行相關(guān)理論闡述,主要包括生命周期理論以及人力資本理論兩大理論內(nèi)容,為全文奠定理論基礎(chǔ)的同時(shí)也結(jié)合兩大理論的具體內(nèi)容與實(shí)踐運(yùn)用,闡述了延遲退休與就業(yè)之間的相互依存與互相影響的關(guān)系,提出本文核心論點(diǎn):延遲退休對于我國就業(yè)是利大于弊;第三部分主要就延遲退休政策對于我國社會與經(jīng)濟(jì)的必要性進(jìn)行了闡述。第四部分主要對延遲退休政策對于我國就業(yè)產(chǎn)生的具體影響進(jìn)行了對比分析,進(jìn)一步說明了延遲退休對于我國就業(yè)市場所起到的積極推動作用。第五部分主要通過國內(nèi)外的數(shù)據(jù)來進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,以上海近10年的就業(yè)、失業(yè)、退休數(shù)據(jù)、近5年產(chǎn)業(yè)行業(yè)就業(yè)人數(shù)變動情況,和美國近40年的就業(yè)與退休數(shù)據(jù),驗(yàn)證了延遲退休對于就業(yè)不會造成明顯的沖擊。第六部分是全文的總結(jié)部分,主要對本文的研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行概括性總結(jié),并提出了推進(jìn)實(shí)施我國延遲退休方案的建議。全文的研究結(jié)構(gòu)清晰,邏輯嚴(yán)密,具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The increasingly serious aging of the population is a major problem facing our country. With the aggravation of the aging level of the population. Delayed retirement has become an important strategic choice for China to cope with the problem of population aging. However, at the same time, the corresponding social problems caused by delayed retirement should not be ignored. In particular, the impact of the policy on the overall employment of China has been the core focus of widespread concern from all walks of life. This paper aims at the current situation of aging population in China. The impact of delayed retirement policy on employment in China is studied from many aspects and verified by theoretical analysis and empirical data. What kind of influence and relationship does there exist between delayed retirement and employment in China? this paper refers to the research views of many scholars at home and abroad, combined with life cycle theory and human capital theory. This paper deeply analyzes the impact of the specific delayed retirement policy on employment, puts forward the viewpoint that the delayed retirement policy does not affect employment, and at the same time puts forward its own opinions on how to promote employment. This paper is divided into six parts. The full text is divided into six parts, layer by layer. The first part is the introduction, mainly to the research background of the full text. The significance of the research, the research methods, the research framework and the research methods are elaborated, which makes readers have a clear understanding of the study, and also for the development of the full text of the research. The second part of the main content is to carry on the related theory elaboration, mainly includes the life cycle theory and the human capital theory two big theories content. While laying a theoretical foundation for the full text and combining the specific content and practical application of the two theories, this paper expounds the interdependence and mutual influence between the delayed retirement and employment. Put forward the core argument of this paper: delayed retirement is more good than bad for employment in our country; The third part mainly expounds the necessity of the delayed retirement policy to the society and economy of our country. Part 4th mainly analyzes the concrete influence of the delayed retirement policy on the employment of our country. 5th part mainly through the domestic and foreign data to carry on the empirical analysis, with Shanghai nearly 10 years of employment, unemployment, retirement data. The recent five years' changes in the number of employees in industry and industry, and the employment and retirement data of nearly 40 years in the United States verify that delayed retirement will not have a significant impact on employment. Part 6th is a summary of the full text. This paper summarizes the research content of this paper, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the implementation of the deferred retirement scheme in China. The research structure of the paper is clear, the logic is strict, and it has certain reference value.
