【摘要】：經(jīng)濟外交的多邊性與全球化和區(qū)域化的發(fā)展相伴隨,國際機制與規(guī)約的建立為國家審視和處理外溢性政治與經(jīng)濟議題提供了更具效率的平臺。原先以點、線狀為特征的經(jīng)濟外交逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐粋�網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)的集團性經(jīng)濟外交,在這種多層次構(gòu)造中,國家經(jīng)濟外交的利益維度發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變。國家參與集團化經(jīng)濟外交面臨著多重博弈,轉(zhuǎn)化與掛鉤、經(jīng)濟軟制衡和論壇選擇是國家參與集團化經(jīng)濟外交的主要策略。面對經(jīng)濟外交的政治風險,國家應(yīng)施行長遠的"經(jīng)濟治國戰(zhàn)略",合理利用地緣經(jīng)濟工具,爭取戰(zhàn)略反制空間。
[Abstract]:The multilateral nature of economic diplomacy is accompanied by the development of globalization and regionalization. The establishment of international mechanism and statute provides a more efficient platform for countries to examine and deal with spillover political and economic issues. The linear economic diplomacy is gradually transformed into a network structure of collective economic diplomacy, in this kind of multi-level structure. The interest dimension of national economic diplomacy has changed. The participation of the state in the economic diplomacy of collectivization is faced with multiple game, transformation and linkage. Economic soft checks and balances and forum selection are the main strategies for countries to participate in collectivized economic diplomacy. In the face of the political risks of economic diplomacy, the state should implement a long-term "economic governance strategy" and make rational use of geo-economic tools. Strive for strategic counterproductive space.
