【摘要】：城市化的發(fā)展是中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵課題,是推動(dòng)社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化的根本問題;筆者通過城鎮(zhèn)化與城市化的聯(lián)系與區(qū)別展開,對(duì)比過去城市化發(fā)展與新型城市化的區(qū)別,結(jié)合中外有關(guān)城市化發(fā)展理論,探究國(guó)外城市化發(fā)展機(jī)制,為浙江城市化發(fā)展提供理論參考,在梳理浙江城市化的歷程和成效的基礎(chǔ)上,分析當(dāng)前發(fā)展基本情況,提出浙江城市化的主要問題主要集中在城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域發(fā)展不均衡,城市化集約化水平不高等問題,論文分析總結(jié)了美國(guó)、德國(guó)、日本等國(guó)家的城市化發(fā)展模式及其經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),探尋下一步浙江推進(jìn)城市化建設(shè),推動(dòng)城市人口、資源、環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,以及城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展的具體對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:The development of urbanization is the key issue of China's economic and social development and the fundamental problem of promoting social modernization. Through the connection and difference between urbanization and urbanization, the author compares the difference between urbanization development and new urbanization in the past, and probes into the development mechanism of urbanization in foreign countries in combination with the theory of urbanization development at home and abroad. To provide a theoretical reference for the development of urbanization in Zhejiang Province, on the basis of combing the course and effectiveness of urbanization in Zhejiang Province, the basic situation of current development is analyzed. The main problems of urbanization in Zhejiang are mainly focused on the unbalanced development of urban and rural areas, the level of urbanization is not high, the paper analyzes and summarizes the United States, Germany. Japan and other countries of urbanization development model and experience and lessons to explore the next step to promote the construction of urbanization in Zhejiang to promote the coordinated development of urban population resources and environment. And the specific countermeasures and suggestions for the development of urban and rural integration.
