【摘要】：住房限購政策是當(dāng)前對住房市場調(diào)控的一種重要行政干預(yù)措施。以J市為例,對"限定誰"、"怎么限定"的深入分析表明,住房限購政策具有明顯的歧視性與易變性。限購的背后隱含著一種矛盾轉(zhuǎn)移的權(quán)力游戲,它不僅誤傷了正常的購房需求,人為地制造了落腳城市的門檻,使購房資格成了一種特權(quán),而且當(dāng)限購政策日漸成為房價上漲可期的旗幟時,限購也就成了滋養(yǎng)權(quán)力與金錢交易的溫床。
[Abstract]:Housing purchase restriction policy is an important administrative intervention measure of housing market regulation at present. Taking J city as an example, the in-depth analysis of "who is limited" and "how to limit" shows that. The restriction policy of housing purchase has obvious discrimination and variability. Behind the restriction, there is a power game of contradiction transfer. It not only hurts the normal demand for housing, but also creates the threshold to settle in the city artificially. This makes home ownership a privilege, and as restrictions become the flag of rising house prices, they become breeding grounds for power and money to trade.
