【摘要】:城市物流與城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系密不可分,城市物流的發(fā)展必須服從城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要,對城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長起到了一定的促進(jìn)作用,城市經(jīng)濟(jì)影響物流的需求結(jié)構(gòu)和發(fā)展水平。城市物流節(jié)點(diǎn)是城市物流系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵組成要素,其布局規(guī)劃合理與否很大程度上會影響整個(gè)物流系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行質(zhì)量。如今,“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略正如火如荼的推進(jìn)和實(shí)施過程中,這是經(jīng)濟(jì)帶周邊國家和地區(qū)互利共榮的宏偉藍(lán)圖,而泉州正處于21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路核心區(qū),被聯(lián)合國教科文組織確認(rèn)的“海上絲綢之路”起點(diǎn),是海上絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的重要物流節(jié)點(diǎn)。泉州在物流節(jié)點(diǎn)空間布局和節(jié)點(diǎn)規(guī)模確定上面臨以下困境:物流園區(qū)、物流中心等節(jié)點(diǎn)分布設(shè)置不合理,很大程度上阻礙了物流節(jié)點(diǎn)功能的發(fā)揮;不能合理的設(shè)置物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的規(guī)模,部分物流節(jié)點(diǎn)由于規(guī)模太小不能滿足輻射范圍內(nèi)的需求,部分物流節(jié)點(diǎn)因?yàn)橐?guī)模太大而基本處于閑置狀態(tài),泉州市物流節(jié)點(diǎn)亟需系統(tǒng)的、有效的規(guī)劃。通過搜集、鑒別、整理近些年以來在城市物流節(jié)點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)并進(jìn)行評述,引入城市物流和物流節(jié)點(diǎn)相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)。論文主體分為三個(gè)部分。第一部分是彈性系數(shù),線性回歸,因子分析和灰色預(yù)測方法的組合,通過分析泉州市物流的影響因素,建立了組合預(yù)測模型,預(yù)測泉州市物流量。第二部分是影響泉州市物流量的影響因子,選擇相關(guān)模型計(jì)算泉州城市物流節(jié)點(diǎn)個(gè)數(shù)、總規(guī)模,并根據(jù)專家評分方法,對泉州城市物流節(jié)點(diǎn)位置影響因素的權(quán)重進(jìn)行確定,以此作為對備選方案的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。第三部分是城市物流節(jié)點(diǎn)建設(shè)規(guī)模的確定,采用總量分?jǐn)偡ㄓ?jì)算,利用總規(guī)模分?jǐn)偡ㄓ?jì)算單個(gè)物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的具體規(guī)模。本研究可以為泉州市以及同等規(guī)模城市物流節(jié)點(diǎn)規(guī)劃提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The relationship between urban logistics and urban economy is inseparable. The development of urban logistics must meet the needs of urban economic development, which plays a certain role in promoting the transformation of urban economic structure and economic growth. Urban economy affects the demand structure and development level of logistics. Urban logistics node is the key element of urban logistics system. Whether the layout planning is reasonable or not will affect the operation quality of the whole logistics system to a great extent. Now, the "Belt and Road" strategy is in full swing in the process of promotion and implementation. This is the grand blueprint for the mutual benefit and common prosperity of the neighboring countries and regions of the economic belt, and Quanzhou is in the core area of the maritime Silk Road in 21th century, which was confirmed by UNESCO as the starting point of the "Maritime Silk Road". Quanzhou is faced with the following difficulties in determining the spatial layout and node size of logistics nodes: the distribution of nodes such as logistics parks and logistics centers is unreasonable. To a large extent, it hinders the function of logistics node. Can not reasonably set the scale of logistics nodes, some logistics nodes because the scale is too small to meet the needs of the radiation range, some logistics nodes because of the size of the basic idle state. Quanzhou logistics node is in urgent need of systematic and effective planning. Through collection, identification, collation of recent years in the field of urban logistics node related literature and comments. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the combination of elastic coefficient, linear regression, factor analysis and grey forecasting method. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of Quanzhou logistics, a combined forecasting model is established to forecast the logistics flow in Quanzhou. The second part is the factors that affect the logistics flow in Quanzhou. Select the relevant model to calculate the number and total scale of Quanzhou city logistics node, and according to the expert scoring method, determine the weight of the factors affecting the location of Quanzhou city logistics node. The third part is the determination of the scale of urban logistics node construction, using the total allocation method to calculate. The specific scale of a single logistics node is calculated by using the total scale allocation method. This study can provide a certain reference and reference for the planning of logistics nodes in Quanzhou and other cities of the same scale.
