【摘要】：養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)作為應對老齡化而產(chǎn)生的養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),在我國仍處于起步階段,加之準公共物品屬性和建設(shè)周期長、資金需求大的特點,供給較為復雜。在比較了不同公共服務(wù)供給模式的基礎(chǔ)上,提出養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)的PFI建設(shè)模式,并評價了這種模式的優(yōu)點和適用性,最后給出具體的操作流程和風險管理體系建議。
[Abstract]:As an aging - based old - age product and service , the old - age real estate is still in the initial stage in our country , and the characteristics and supply of the public goods attribute and the construction period are long and the fund demand is large . Based on the comparison of different public service supply modes , the PFI construction mode of the old - aged real estate is put forward , the advantages and applicability of the model are evaluated , and the concrete operation flow and risk management system suggestion are given .
