【摘要】：文章首先分析了"雙創(chuàng)"視角下應(yīng)用技術(shù)型高校物流人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀:物流人才培養(yǎng)理念難以適應(yīng)"雙創(chuàng)"環(huán)境要求,物流人才培養(yǎng)主體過(guò)度依賴高校,物流人才培養(yǎng)課程體系設(shè)置導(dǎo)向出現(xiàn)偏差,物流實(shí)踐教學(xué)中欠缺高水平的創(chuàng)新平臺(tái),物流人才培養(yǎng)師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)不合理且數(shù)量不足。然后提出了"雙創(chuàng)"視角下應(yīng)用技術(shù)型高校物流人才培養(yǎng)對(duì)策:樹立以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生"雙創(chuàng)"能力為目標(biāo)的理念;打造多主體物流人才培養(yǎng)生態(tài)系統(tǒng);建立"分階段+課程模塊"的物流人才培養(yǎng)課程體系;以"實(shí)際項(xiàng)目+雙導(dǎo)師"制為抓手,優(yōu)化物流專業(yè)師資配置;完善物流專業(yè)實(shí)踐教育管理機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the article analyzes the current situation of logistics talents cultivation in applied technical colleges and universities from the perspective of "double creation": the concept of logistics talents training is difficult to adapt to the requirements of "double creation" environment, and the main body of logistics talents training relies on colleges and universities. The orientation of logistics talent training curriculum system is deviated, and there is a lack of high level innovation platform in logistics practice teaching. The structure of logistics talents training teachers is unreasonable and the quantity is insufficient. Then, the author puts forward the countermeasures of logistics talents training in applied technical colleges and universities from the perspective of "double creation": setting up the idea of cultivating students'"double creation" ability as the goal; Creating multi-body logistics personnel training ecosystem; Establish the logistics talent training curriculum system of the "phased curriculum module"; Take "the actual project double tutor" system as the grasp, optimizes the logistics specialty teacher disposition; Improve the logistics professional practice education management mechanism.
