【摘要】:隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,物流金融業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)逐漸被商業(yè)銀行和物流企業(yè)所重視,并逐漸成為了物流企業(yè)的一個(gè)創(chuàng)新性增值業(yè)務(wù)。物流金融業(yè)務(wù)能夠使融資企業(yè)、物流企業(yè)、商業(yè)銀行等參與方能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)多方共贏。物流金融業(yè)務(wù)中最典型的融資方式就是倉單質(zhì)押融資。倉單質(zhì)押融資業(yè)務(wù)的開展,不僅能夠解決融資企業(yè)的資金約束問題,保證銀行放貸資金安全,還能夠拓展物流企業(yè)的倉儲(chǔ)監(jiān)管服務(wù),增加貨源,提高競爭力,提高效益。倉單質(zhì)押業(yè)務(wù)在國外已經(jīng)成為了銀行與融資企業(yè)之間資金融通的重要手段,也成為了物流企業(yè)倉儲(chǔ)監(jiān)管增值服務(wù)的重要組成部分。但我國倉單質(zhì)押融資還處于初級(jí)階段,其金融服務(wù)體系還未完善,并且該項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)涉及到多方主體之間復(fù)雜的法律關(guān)系以及操作運(yùn)營環(huán)節(jié)的錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜等。因此在我國物流企業(yè)運(yùn)用倉單質(zhì)押業(yè)務(wù)模式開展物流金融服務(wù)的情況下,針對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)中所遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)如何控制和防范則構(gòu)成了本文研究的動(dòng)機(jī)。本文從物流金融的概念、模式以及倉單質(zhì)押的性質(zhì)和法律關(guān)系出發(fā),采用德爾菲法初步確定了物流企業(yè)倉單質(zhì)押業(yè)務(wù)模式所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),主要包括以下四個(gè)部分,即融資企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、物流企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、宏觀系統(tǒng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。通過調(diào)查問卷的發(fā)放和收集,確定物流金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的初選評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并通過SPSS19.0軟件的運(yùn)行得到了較高的信度和效度水平。然后運(yùn)用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論構(gòu)造出物流金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)物流金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。最后,本文根據(jù)評(píng)估模型的指標(biāo)要素及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果提出了防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施。分別從物流企業(yè)監(jiān)管和運(yùn)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、質(zhì)押物本身風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、倉單質(zhì)押運(yùn)作技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、倉單單據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、融資企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)控制、環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范這幾方面提出控制防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施。本論文的研究有助于深入了解倉單質(zhì)押的性質(zhì)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)因素,對(duì)銀行、融資企業(yè)、物流企業(yè)在開展物流金融融資業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范有一定的借鑒作用,也為今后對(duì)該方向的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究提供了可以借鑒的素材。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy in our country, the logistics financial business has been paid more and more attention by commercial banks and logistics enterprises. It has gradually become an innovative value-added business of logistics enterprises. Logistics finance business can make financing enterprises, logistics enterprises. Commercial banks and other participants can achieve a win-win situation. The most typical financing method in the logistics financial business is warehouse receipt pledge financing. It can not only solve the financial constraints of financing enterprises, ensure the security of bank lending funds, but also expand the warehousing supervision services of logistics enterprises, increase the supply of goods, improve the competitiveness. The business of warehouse receipt pledge has become an important means of financing between banks and financing enterprises in foreign countries. It has also become an important part of the value-added services of warehousing supervision in logistics enterprises. However, the warehouse receipt pledge financing is still in the primary stage in China, and its financial service system is not yet perfect. And the business involves the complex legal relationship between multiple parties and the complexity of the operation links. Therefore, in the case of logistics enterprises in our country using warehouse receipt pledge business model to develop logistics financial services. How to control and prevent the risks encountered in the business constitutes the motive of this paper. This paper starts from the concept of logistics finance, the model, the nature and legal relationship of warehouse receipt pledge. The paper uses Delphi method to determine the risk that logistics enterprise warehouse receipt pledge business model faces, mainly including the following four parts: financing enterprise risk, logistics enterprise risk, bank risk. Macro system risk. Through the issuance and collection of questionnaires, determine the primary evaluation index system of logistics financial risk. The high reliability and validity level are obtained through the operation of SPSS19.0 software. Then the logistics financial risk evaluation model is constructed by using BP neural network theory. Finally, according to the index elements of the evaluation model and the risk evaluation results, the paper puts forward the measures to prevent the risk, respectively from the logistics enterprise supervision and operational risk control. The risk control of pledge itself, the technical risk control of warehouse receipt pledge operation, the risk control of warehouse receipt document, and the financial index control of financing enterprise. The study of this paper is helpful to understand the nature of warehouse receipt pledge and risk index factors, to banks, financing enterprises. The risk control and risk prevention of logistics enterprises in the development of logistics financial financing business has a certain reference role, but also for the future risk research in this direction can be used for reference material.
