【摘要】：大農(nóng)和小農(nóng)在資源稟賦方面存在的異質(zhì)性使得雙方在合作社的生產(chǎn)活動和經(jīng)營管理活動中均存在博弈行為。本文利用完全信息動態(tài)博弈理論對大農(nóng)與小農(nóng)博弈過程進行分析,雙方博弈的結(jié)果往往是"大農(nóng)得益、小農(nóng)失利",繼而形成了"大農(nóng)吃小農(nóng)"的現(xiàn)實。為達到帕累托最優(yōu),實現(xiàn)大農(nóng)"不盤剝"、小農(nóng)"管理"的博弈均衡,必須建立完善的合作社獎懲激勵機制、加大政府對規(guī)范型合作社的資金支持力度,降低大農(nóng)與小農(nóng)的異質(zhì)化程度來縮小雙方在資源稟賦上的差距,形成大農(nóng)與小農(nóng)相互合作、共同受益的局面以促進合作社的持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:There is heterogeneity in the aspect of resource endowment and agricultural peasant makes both game behavior in cooperative production activities and management activities. The complete information dynamic game theory to analyze the agricultural and small game process based on the result of the game is often the "Danong benefit farmers defeat", and then formed the "Danong eat the peasant" reality. In order to achieve Pareto optimal, realize the agricultural "Exploitation", "small game equilibrium management, must establish the perfect cooperative incentive mechanism, strengthen the government support of cooperatives funds, reduce the degree of heterogeneity of agricultural and small farmers to narrow the gap between the two sides in resource endowment, form agricultural and peasant cooperation, mutual benefit and sustainable development situation in order to promote cooperatives.
