【摘要】：特色小鎮(zhèn)是推進新型城鎮(zhèn)化和供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的創(chuàng)新載體,臺州游艇小鎮(zhèn)聚焦游艇產(chǎn)業(yè)、旅游觀光、農(nóng)漁休閑等功能集成,著力構(gòu)建"產(chǎn)、城、港、人"四位一體的新型空間,將成為產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的新藍海、臺州灣區(qū)開發(fā)的新高地、消費品質(zhì)升級的新標(biāo)桿。然而,在游艇小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)中也存在頂層設(shè)計欠缺、項目疏朗有限、資源要素制約等問題。文章以"產(chǎn)城融合"的視角,在分析游艇小鎮(zhèn)的現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)上,提出從規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)業(yè)、項目、機制等處著力,打造產(chǎn)城融合示范區(qū)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of small town are the carrier of innovation to promote the new urbanization and supply side structural reform, Taizhou Town focus yacht yacht industry, tourism, agriculture and leisure function integration, efforts to build a "production city, Hong Kong, new space" four in one, will become the new blue ocean industrial transformation and upgrading, new heights of Taizhou Bay area the development of a new benchmark, to upgrade the quality of consumption. However, in the small town construction yacht also exists in the lack of top-level design, project Shulang Co., resource constraints and other issues. The "production city fusion" perspective, in the realistic foundation of analyzing Town, put forward from the planning, industry, project, mechanism etc. focus, countermeasures and suggestions of building production city fusion demonstration zone.
