【摘要】：當(dāng)前信息化已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)的核心競爭力之一。由于物流企業(yè)具備的“點(diǎn)多、線長、面廣”的業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn),大型物流集團(tuán)企業(yè)往往會(huì)有多種業(yè)務(wù)形態(tài)的信息系統(tǒng)。伴隨著不同時(shí)間、不同技術(shù)、不同目的的諸多信息系統(tǒng)的逐步建設(shè),不同的業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)間的不兼容問題,缺乏規(guī)劃或者只有短期規(guī)劃等問題都相繼反映出來,使集團(tuán)內(nèi)部、企業(yè)內(nèi)部和企業(yè)之間的信息流動(dòng)停滯,無法共享,導(dǎo)致了“信息孤島”問題的發(fā)生。只有流動(dòng)的關(guān)聯(lián)信息才具有最大價(jià)值。企業(yè)面臨著解決信息孤島,最大限度利用信息價(jià)值的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。CL物流集團(tuán)從上級CS集團(tuán)的整體戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃出發(fā),推導(dǎo)出CL物流集團(tuán)的業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃需求和信息化規(guī)劃需求,并最終導(dǎo)出業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)整合需求。根據(jù)整合需求,CL物流集團(tuán)結(jié)合自身業(yè)務(wù)和信息化建設(shè)實(shí)際,在充分利用現(xiàn)有資產(chǎn)和資源的情況下,制定出了一整套整合設(shè)計(jì)方案。該方案堅(jiān)持立體整合,在業(yè)務(wù)方向上按照“沒有的建設(shè),已有的整合,整合的優(yōu)化”的思路,在不同的業(yè)務(wù)板塊上建設(shè)、整合、優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng);在信息化方向上按照4個(gè)應(yīng)用平臺(tái)(基礎(chǔ)支撐平臺(tái)、業(yè)務(wù)處理平臺(tái)、公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)、經(jīng)營管理平臺(tái))、1個(gè)信息化管控機(jī)制、2套建設(shè)體系(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系、安全體系)的整體思路打通各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng),最終建設(shè)成一套完整的集成信息化管理系統(tǒng)。整合方案還進(jìn)行了實(shí)施規(guī)劃,實(shí)施規(guī)劃以整合方案為總體依托,并將整體規(guī)劃逐步分拆為若干信息化建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,以項(xiàng)目為核心和基礎(chǔ)單元組織具體實(shí)施。通過對CL物流集團(tuán)業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)整合方案進(jìn)行研究,嘗試解決如何整合“散、雜、亂”的業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng),發(fā)揮大中型物流企業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)勢,實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)集成、統(tǒng)一采購和營銷、資金的集中管控和利用的問題,對大中型物流企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)規(guī)劃,乃至業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同規(guī)劃等方面都具有至關(guān)重要的作用和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The current information has become one of the core competitiveness of modern logistics enterprises. The logistics enterprises have the "point, line, business wide", large-scale logistics enterprise group information systems often have a variety of business forms. With different time, different technology, gradually building many different information systems to the problem compatibility between different business management system, the lack of planning or only short-term planning and other issues have been reflected in the group, the flow of information between the enterprise and the stagnation, can not be shared, led to the "information island" problem. Only the flow of information it has the greatest value. Enterprises are facing to solve information the island, to maximize the value of information challenge.CL logistics group from the overall strategic planning of superior CS group, derived group CL logistics industry Business planning requirements and information planning requirements, and finally export business management system integration requirements. According to the demand of CL integration, combined with the actual logistics group's own business and information construction, to make full use of existing resources and assets, formulate a set of integration design scheme. The scheme to three-dimensional integration, in the business direction in accordance with the "there is no existing construction, integration, integration and optimization" ideas, integration in different business sectors, optimize the business management information system; in the direction according to the 4 application platform (basic support platform, service platform, public service platform, management platform), 1 information management and control mechanism 2, construction system (standard system, security system) the whole idea of open up various business management systems, and ultimately build a complete set of integrated information management system. Also the integration scheme The implementation of the planning, implementation planning to integrate the overall scheme and will rely on the overall planning and gradually split into a number of information projects to the project as the core and basic unit organization implementation. Through the study of business management system integration scheme of CL logistics group, try to solve how to integrate "scattered, miscellaneous, business management system." the large and medium-sized logistics enterprises play the advantage of network to realize business system integration, unified purchase and marketing, the problems of centralized control and utilization of funds for large and medium-sized logistics enterprise informatization construction planning, collaborative planning etc. have important role and practical significance as well as business.
