【摘要】：適應(yīng)把握和引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài),客觀要求進(jìn)一步處理好政府與市場(chǎng)關(guān)系。要將市場(chǎng)在資源配置中起決定性作用與泛化市場(chǎng)作用的新自由主義學(xué)說區(qū)分開來,劃清政府與市場(chǎng)的作用邊界。要從社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的邏輯框架入手,通過激發(fā)不同類型企業(yè)活力、健全市場(chǎng)體系、完善市場(chǎng)規(guī)則、創(chuàng)新市場(chǎng)調(diào)控等方面,著力推動(dòng)市場(chǎng)決定性作用發(fā)揮。打造有為政府同樣必不可少,要在引導(dǎo)、規(guī)制和彌補(bǔ)層面更好發(fā)揮政府作用。對(duì)于廣大領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部而言,則要上好市場(chǎng)大學(xué),學(xué)好思想和能力這兩門市場(chǎng)課程,逐步成為抓經(jīng)濟(jì)的真行家、新常態(tài)的引領(lǐng)者,更好地履職履責(zé),推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:To grasp and lead the new economic norm, the objective requirement to further deal with the relationship between the government and the market. The market will play a decisive role to distinguish the role of the market and the generalization of new liberalism theory in the allocation of resources, to draw the boundary of government and market. Starting from the logical framework of the socialist market economic system, inspired by the different types of enterprises dynamic, perfect market system, improve market rules, market regulation and other aspects of innovation, efforts to promote the play a decisive role in the market. To create a promising government is also essential, to guide, regulate and compensate for the level to better play the role of government. For the majority of leading cadres, to the good market University, the two door market lessons well thought and ability. And gradually become really grasp the economic experts, the leader of the new normal, to better perform their duties to fulfill responsibilities, to promote economic and social development.
