【摘要】：多代直系家庭成員之間緊密的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系是我國(guó)家庭文化的重要特征,因而老年人在家庭照料等方面具有重要的社會(huì)價(jià)值。文章利用2010年、2012年和2014年中國(guó)家庭追蹤調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建面板模型并實(shí)證分析了老年父母的隔代照料及料理家務(wù)活動(dòng)對(duì)子女勞動(dòng)供給的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),老年父母的隔代照料顯著提高了子女的勞動(dòng)供給,其中男性勞動(dòng)參與率提高了6.3%,女性提高了14.3%,并且女性的工作時(shí)間增加幅度遠(yuǎn)大于男性。此外,隔代照料對(duì)農(nóng)村居民勞動(dòng)參與率的影響大于城市居民,而對(duì)城市居民就業(yè)的影響主要體現(xiàn)在工作時(shí)間上,公共服務(wù)不均等以及就業(yè)能力和工作性質(zhì)的差距是異質(zhì)性產(chǎn)生的重要原因。文章從老年人影響青年人勞動(dòng)力供給的角度,驗(yàn)證了老年人的社會(huì)價(jià)值,也從側(cè)面說(shuō)明了中國(guó)女性為何有條件更加"勤勞"。
[Abstract]:The close social and economic relationship among the members of the multi - generation direct family is an important feature of the family culture in our country , so the old people have important social value in family care . As a result , the influence of the elderly parents on the labor supply of the children is analyzed by using the data of Chinese family tracing survey in 2010 , 2012 and 2014 . The results show that the influence of the old parents on the labor participation rate of the rural residents is higher than that of the male . In addition , the influence of the intergenerational care on the employment of the rural residents is more than that of the male . In addition , the influence of the intergenerational care on the employment of the rural residents is more than that of the male . In addition , the influence of the old age parents on the employment of the young people is more than that of the male .
