【摘要】：多代直系家庭成員之間緊密的社會經濟聯(lián)系是我國家庭文化的重要特征,因而老年人在家庭照料等方面具有重要的社會價值。文章利用2010年、2012年和2014年中國家庭追蹤調查數(shù)據,構建面板模型并實證分析了老年父母的隔代照料及料理家務活動對子女勞動供給的影響。結果發(fā)現(xiàn),老年父母的隔代照料顯著提高了子女的勞動供給,其中男性勞動參與率提高了6.3%,女性提高了14.3%,并且女性的工作時間增加幅度遠大于男性。此外,隔代照料對農村居民勞動參與率的影響大于城市居民,而對城市居民就業(yè)的影響主要體現(xiàn)在工作時間上,公共服務不均等以及就業(yè)能力和工作性質的差距是異質性產生的重要原因。文章從老年人影響青年人勞動力供給的角度,驗證了老年人的社會價值,也從側面說明了中國女性為何有條件更加"勤勞"。
[Abstract]:The close social and economic relationship among the members of the multi - generation direct family is an important feature of the family culture in our country , so the old people have important social value in family care . As a result , the influence of the elderly parents on the labor supply of the children is analyzed by using the data of Chinese family tracing survey in 2010 , 2012 and 2014 . The results show that the influence of the old parents on the labor participation rate of the rural residents is higher than that of the male . In addition , the influence of the intergenerational care on the employment of the rural residents is more than that of the male .
