【摘要】:暴恐分子有意避開政府機關(guān)、機場等關(guān)鍵設(shè)施的嚴密防御范圍,選擇早市、火車站賣票口等尚未得到有效防御的人群密集場所發(fā)動襲擊。本文考慮政府反恐力量防御拓撲特征,即政府反恐力量防控范圍與恐怖分子發(fā)動攻擊范圍之間相離、相切、相交和相含等拓撲關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了暴恐事件的演化博弈模型,分析多種情景下均衡穩(wěn)定性,在Netlogo平臺下對多種情景的理論結(jié)果進行社會模擬分析。結(jié)果表明:政府和恐怖分子行為演化均衡策略與政府防控范圍、恐怖分子發(fā)動攻擊范圍、政府防控成本、政府防控收益等多種因素有關(guān),隨著政府進行有效防控的范圍不斷增加,恐怖分子選擇襲擊的可能性將不斷減小,直到采取不攻擊策略。

The result shows that the government and the terrorist behavior evolution strategy and government control, terrorist attacks, prevention and control of the government the cost, income and other factors related to prevention and control of the government, with the government for effective prevention and control of increasing terrorist attacks may choose The sex will continue to decrease until the non attack strategy is taken.
