【摘要】：正郵政業(yè)作為現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的重要組成部分,在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下保持了持續(xù)快速發(fā)展的良好態(tài)勢(shì),取得了卓越矚目的成績(jī)。但與此同時(shí),寄遞渠道生產(chǎn)安全形勢(shì)日益嚴(yán)峻,寄遞渠道面臨的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也在不斷加大,維護(hù)國家安全、公共安全和生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行安全任重道遠(yuǎn)。國務(wù)院發(fā)布的《關(guān)于促進(jìn)快遞業(yè)發(fā)展的若干意見》指出,快遞業(yè)的發(fā)展要將安全生產(chǎn)作為基本原則貫穿始終,"進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化安全生產(chǎn)紅線意識(shí),加強(qiáng)寄遞安全制度體系建設(shè),落實(shí)企業(yè)主體責(zé)任,夯實(shí)快遞業(yè)安全基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As an important part of modern service industry, the postal industry has maintained a good momentum of sustained and rapid development under the new normal economy and has achieved remarkable results. But at the same time, delivery channels for production safety situation is increasingly serious, security risks facing delivery channels are also increasing, the maintenance of national security, public security and production safety responsibilities. The State Council issued the "several opinions on" promoting the development of express industry pointed out that the development of express industry to production safety as the basic principle of throughout, "to further strengthen production safety awareness of the red line, strengthen the construction of safe delivery system, implement the main responsibility of enterprises, lay a solid foundation for the express industry safety.
