【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代以來,伴隨新自由主義和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,城市企業(yè)主義理論受到來自地理學(xué)、政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)以及城市規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域的持續(xù)關(guān)注。國外城市企業(yè)主義理論與實踐研究對于新常態(tài)背景下我國城市轉(zhuǎn)型具有重要意義。本文首先概述城市企業(yè)主義起源和內(nèi)涵,再從企業(yè)化管治和企業(yè)家城市策略梳理研究框架和國外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。企業(yè)化管治關(guān)注從管理型向牟利性轉(zhuǎn)變的政府同私人部門和市民社會的三方關(guān)系,企業(yè)家城市則側(cè)重在這種政府轉(zhuǎn)型背景下的城市設(shè)計、旗艦項目和地域營銷等創(chuàng)新策略對城市競爭力的提升。本文提出,關(guān)注社會維度、可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及該理論與新概念的交叉結(jié)合可作為未來重點關(guān)注方向。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, with the new liberalism and economic globalization, the theory of urban corporatism has been continuously concerned by geography, political economics and urban planning. The study of the theory and practice of the foreign urban corporatism is of great significance to the urban transformation of our country under the new normal background. This paper first outlines the origin and connotation of Urban Entrepreneurship, and then combs the research framework and foreign related literature from the corporate governance and the entrepreneurial city strategy. Corporate governance concerns to the profit-making transformation of government three square with the private sector and civil society relations from management, enhance the entrepreneurial city is focused on in the background of the government under the transformation of city design, the flagship project and regional marketing innovation strategy of city competitiveness. This paper proposes that the attention to the social dimension, the sustainable development and the combination of the theory and the new concept can be the focus of the future.
