【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)三階段DEA方法的模型選取僅限于徑向或非徑向測度方法,且通常從技術(shù)、規(guī)模和純技術(shù)效率的視角出發(fā),不考慮非期望產(chǎn)出。本文使用環(huán)境DEA技術(shù)將非期望產(chǎn)出考慮在內(nèi),并基于環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟和技術(shù)效率視角構(gòu)建了改進的EBM-DEA三階段模型,有效克服了僅用徑向或非徑向方法的不足。最后,使用該模型測算了我國2012年省際物流業(yè)的環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟與技術(shù)效率,結(jié)果表明:物流業(yè)環(huán)境效率整體偏低,經(jīng)濟效率呈現(xiàn)由東部沿海向西部內(nèi)陸遞減的趨勢,加強環(huán)境管制可以提高經(jīng)濟效率,修正外部環(huán)境因素及隨機誤差后,東、中、西部的技術(shù)效率差異仍然很大。
[Abstract]:The selection of traditional three stage DEA method is limited to radial or non radial measurement methods, and usually does not consider undesirable outputs from the perspective of technology, scale and pure technical efficiency. In this paper, the environmental DEA technology is used to take the undesirable outputs into account. Based on the view of environment, economy and technology efficiency, an improved EBM-DEA three stage model is constructed, which effectively overcomes the shortcomings of radial or non radial methods. Finally, using the model of environment, economy and technical efficiency, China's logistics industry in 2012 provincial estimates the results show that the overall low efficiency of logistics industry environment, economic efficiency has decreased from the east coast to the inland west trend, strengthen environmental regulation can improve economic efficiency, external environmental factors and random error correction, difference technology the efficiency of the East and the west is still great.
