【摘要】：工資收入和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間存在密切的內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)性,即經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)會(huì)產(chǎn)生收入效應(yīng),從而促進(jìn)工資收入的快速增長(zhǎng);工資收入的快速增長(zhǎng)則會(huì)增加消費(fèi)、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),從而進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),最終形成良性循環(huán)閉環(huán),使經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。但是目前黑龍江省的工資收入和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間并未呈現(xiàn)出合理的相關(guān)關(guān)系。具體表現(xiàn)為黑龍江省得經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度較快,帶動(dòng)了工資收入水平持續(xù)提高,但是工資收入的增長(zhǎng)速度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的速度,工資收入和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間并未實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同發(fā)展,從而影響了黑龍江省經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文主要研究黑龍江省工資收入和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的同步性關(guān)系,深入分析影響黑龍江省工資收入和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的內(nèi)部原因。首先,針對(duì)黑龍江省城鎮(zhèn)職工工資收入增長(zhǎng)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)同向異步現(xiàn)狀的研究進(jìn)行分析,探尋工資收入和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不同步所造成的后果,揭示這一問題產(chǎn)生的具體原因。其次,通過描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,更直觀的揭示工資收入和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的相關(guān)性、趨勢(shì)性以及同步性問題。再次,運(yùn)用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型對(duì)黑龍江省的13個(gè)地市進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,選取工資增長(zhǎng)率、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率和就業(yè)增長(zhǎng)率三項(xiàng)指標(biāo)作為研究樣本,深入探討各個(gè)地市的工資收入和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的同步性問題。最后,根據(jù)黑龍江省目前的工資收入和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的存在的問題,提出合理的意見和建議,為了促進(jìn)兩者之間協(xié)同發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,工資收入的合理化增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:The existence of internal coordination between income and economic growth, the economic growth will have an income effect, so as to promote the rapid growth of wage income; the rapid growth of wage income will increase consumption, optimize the industrial structure, so as to further promote economic growth, eventually forming a virtuous cycle of the closed loop, to achieve sustainable economic development. But there is no reasonable correlation between wage income and economic growth in Heilongjiang. The specific performance of Heilongjiang province economic growth, driven by wage income levels continue to improve, but the wage income growth rate is far lower than the speed of economic growth, wage income and economic growth did not realize the coordinated development, thus affecting the sustainable economic development in Heilongjiang province. This paper mainly studies the synchronous relationship between wage and economic growth in Heilongjiang Province, and deeply analyzes the internal causes that affect the coordinated development of wage and economic growth in Heilongjiang province. First of all, we analyze the current situation of Heilongjiang urban workers' wage growth and economic growth asynchronously, and explore the consequences of unsynchronized wage and economic development, and reveal the specific reasons for this problem. Secondly, through descriptive statistical analysis, the correlation, trend and synchronization between wage income and economic growth are revealed more intuitively. Thirdly, we use panel data model to make an empirical analysis of 13 cities in Heilongjiang province. We choose three indicators of wage growth rate, economic growth rate and employment growth rate as research samples, and further explore the synchronization between wage and economic growth in different cities. Finally, according to the existing problems of Heilongjiang's wage and economic growth, we put forward reasonable suggestions and suggestions, in order to promote the coordinated development between them, and achieve the sustainable development of economy, and the rational growth of wage income.
