【摘要】：家長(zhǎng)群體是班級(jí)管理的重要基礎(chǔ),對(duì)班級(jí)工作的開(kāi)展有著重要的意義。本文通過(guò)遭遇"媽媽團(tuán)"的敘事,從實(shí)踐的視角,審視當(dāng)下幼兒園班級(jí)管理中遇到的一些困難,特別是教師與家長(zhǎng)的信任、家園合作共育內(nèi)容和模式等,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了家園合作共育。
[Abstract]:Parent group is an important foundation of class management, which is of great significance to the development of class work. Through the narration of "Mom Troupe", this paper examines some difficulties encountered in kindergarten class management from the perspective of practice, especially the trust between teachers and parents, the content and mode of home cooperation and co-education, and finally realizes home cooperation and co-education.
