【摘要】：人才培養(yǎng)模式主要是規(guī)定和規(guī)范"培養(yǎng)什么樣的人和怎樣培養(yǎng)人的問(wèn)題"。幼兒師范�？茖W(xué)校作為培養(yǎng)學(xué)前教育教師的高等�？茖W(xué)校,作為高等教育發(fā)展中的一個(gè)類型,探索并構(gòu)建以工學(xué)結(jié)合為切入點(diǎn)的人才培養(yǎng)模式,培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展和學(xué)前教育發(fā)展需要的幼兒教師是辦學(xué)的關(guān)鍵。文章在研究教師教育發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了構(gòu)建"�！@合作共同體,以專長(zhǎng)引領(lǐng)幼師生全面發(fā)展"的學(xué)前教育教師人才培養(yǎng)新模式,并闡述了其內(nèi)涵,對(duì)培養(yǎng)學(xué)前教育人才有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The mode of talent training is mainly to stipulate and standardize "what kind of people to cultivate and how to cultivate people". As a type of higher school in the development of higher education, preschool normal college is a type of higher education. It is the key to run a school to explore and construct a talent training model based on the combination of work and study, and to train preschool teachers to meet the needs of social development and the development of preschool education. On the basis of studying the development trend of teacher education, this paper puts forward a new mode of cultivating preschool teachers' talents by constructing "school garden cooperation community and leading the all-round development of young teachers and students with expertise", and expounds its connotation, which has certain guiding significance for the cultivation of preschool education talents.
