籃球活動(dòng)對(duì)4-5歲幼兒注意力穩(wěn)定性影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:自我控制是幼兒完成各種任務(wù)、協(xié)調(diào)與他人關(guān)系、成功適應(yīng)社會(huì)的核心和基礎(chǔ),對(duì)幼兒未來(lái)發(fā)展具有重要的作用。研究表明,以穩(wěn)定性為標(biāo)志的注意力控制是自我控制能力的核心因素,早期注意力穩(wěn)定性的培養(yǎng)對(duì)人的一生都有深遠(yuǎn)的影響。研究目的:本研究以中等強(qiáng)度的籃球活動(dòng)為手段,對(duì)4-5歲幼兒進(jìn)行16周的運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù),檢驗(yàn)并分析16周中等強(qiáng)度籃球活動(dòng)對(duì)幼兒注意力穩(wěn)定性水平的影響。研究方法:本采用通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)法,從四川師范大學(xué)附屬啟夏幼兒園隨機(jī)抽取60名身心健康年齡為4-5歲,月齡都在(50.6±2.2)之間的幼兒并采用調(diào)整后劃消測(cè)驗(yàn)法測(cè)試其注意力維持時(shí)間,以注意力維持時(shí)間在10分鐘左右為篩選指標(biāo)選取36名幼兒為研究對(duì)象,把36名研究對(duì)象隨機(jī)分成實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組并檢驗(yàn)兩組同質(zhì)性,實(shí)驗(yàn)組20人(女10人,男10人)對(duì)照組16人(男8人,女8人),以中等強(qiáng)度籃球活動(dòng),對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組被試者進(jìn)行16周的籃球活動(dòng)干預(yù),對(duì)照組除一般活動(dòng)外,不加特別活動(dòng)干預(yù)。注意穩(wěn)定性水平測(cè)試方法:調(diào)整后劃消測(cè)驗(yàn)法和劃消測(cè)驗(yàn)法主要研究結(jié)果:本研究采用調(diào)整后劃消測(cè)驗(yàn)法和劃消測(cè)驗(yàn)法檢測(cè)了16周中等強(qiáng)度的籃球活動(dòng)對(duì)4-5歲幼兒注意力穩(wěn)定性的影響,得出主要研究結(jié)果如下:1、實(shí)驗(yàn)組幼兒經(jīng)過(guò)16周中等強(qiáng)度籃球活動(dòng)后與對(duì)照組相比,注意力維持時(shí)間有極顯著延長(zhǎng)(P0.01),注意穩(wěn)定指數(shù)有顯著提高(P0.05)。分性別檢測(cè)后,與對(duì)照組相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組男幼兒注意力維持時(shí)間有顯著提高(P0.05),女幼兒注意力維持時(shí)間有極顯著提高(P0.01)。2、實(shí)驗(yàn)組幼兒經(jīng)過(guò)8周中等強(qiáng)度籃球活動(dòng)后與對(duì)照組相比,注意力維持時(shí)間有顯著延長(zhǎng)(P0.05)。分性別檢測(cè)后,與對(duì)照組相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組女幼兒注意力維持時(shí)間有顯著延長(zhǎng)(P0.05)。研究結(jié)論1、16周中等強(qiáng)度籃球活動(dòng)可以有效提高4-5歲幼兒注意力穩(wěn)定性水平,并且籃球活動(dòng)可操控性強(qiáng),易調(diào)動(dòng)參與興趣,是一種適于此年齡段的教學(xué)方式。2、16周的中等強(qiáng)度籃球活動(dòng)可以顯著提高4-5歲幼兒的注意力穩(wěn)定性水平。其中男幼兒在16周時(shí),注意力穩(wěn)定性水平有顯著提高,女幼兒在8周時(shí),注意力穩(wěn)定性水平有顯著提高,說(shuō)明男幼兒需要更長(zhǎng)的干預(yù)時(shí)長(zhǎng)。在第16周時(shí),與女幼兒相比,男幼兒注意穩(wěn)定指數(shù)數(shù)值更高,說(shuō)明男幼兒活動(dòng)質(zhì)量更好。
[Abstract]:Self-control is the core and foundation for young children to complete various tasks, coordinate their relationship with others, and successfully adapt to the society, which plays an important role in the future development of young children. The research shows that attention control marked by stability is the core factor of self-control ability, and the cultivation of early attention stability has a profound impact on a person's life. Objective: the purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of 16 weeks of moderate intensity basketball activity on the attention stability of children with moderate intensity basketball activity for 16 weeks, and to investigate and analyze the effect of 16 weeks of moderate intensity basketball activity on children's attention stability. Methods: the physical and mental health of 60 people were randomly selected from Qixia Kindergarten affiliated to Sichuan normal University by experimental method, and the age of physical and mental health was 4 years old and 5 years old. The attention maintenance time of children aged between (50.6 鹵2.2) was measured by adjusted stroke elimination test, and 36 children were selected as subjects with attention maintenance time of about 10 minutes as the screening index. 36 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and the homogeneity of the two groups was tested. 20 subjects in the experimental group (10 women and 10 men) in the control group were 16 in the control group (8 males and 8 females) with moderate intensity basketball activity. The subjects in the experimental group were interfered with basketball activities for 16 weeks, while the control group did not have special activities except general activities.
