【摘要】：近年來四川省通過制定和實施學前教育普三政策,切實提高了四川學前教育的普及水平,促進了當?shù)貙W前教育事業(yè)的積極健康發(fā)展。四川省學前教育普三政策及其實施主要具有以下特點:將普三尤其是農(nóng)村學前教育普三作為學前教育事業(yè)改革發(fā)展的核心與重點;成立普及學前三年教育工作領導小組,建立聯(lián)席會議制度;建立學前教育普三政策體系,并注重政策的試點與試行;加大學前教育財政投入力度,增設學前教育專項發(fā)展資金;將農(nóng)村公辦鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中心幼兒園建設做為普三重點;加強教師隊伍建設,實現(xiàn)學前教育有質(zhì)量普及。四川省學前教育普三政策對我國其他省市地區(qū),尤其是中西部地區(qū)的學前教育改革與發(fā)展具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, through the formulation and implementation of the "three policies" of preschool education in Sichuan Province, the popularization level of preschool education in Sichuan has been improved, and the positive and healthy development of local preschool education has been promoted. The main characteristics of the policy and its implementation in Sichuan Province are as follows: to make the three aspects of preschool education, especially in rural areas, the core and focus of the reform and development of preschool education; To set up a leading group for three years of education for all, to set up a system of joint meetings, to set up a general policy system of preschool education, and to pay attention to the pilot and trial of the policy, to increase the financial input for preschool education and to increase the special funds for the development of preschool education; The construction of public-run central kindergartens in rural villages and towns is regarded as the three key points in general and the construction of teachers is strengthened to realize the quality popularization of preschool education. The three policies of preschool education in Sichuan Province are of great significance for the reform and development of preschool education in other provinces and cities of China, especially in the central and western regions.
