【摘要】：如何對班級"調皮"幼兒進行教育,使他們既發(fā)揮個性特長,促進良好發(fā)展,又能很好地遵守班級常規(guī),成為大家喜歡的幼兒呢?本文從實踐出發(fā),通過對個案的觀察與分析,并對案例中的調皮幼兒實施了有效的策略,最終在家長的支持和配合下,使得這名調皮幼兒在行為習慣上有了很大的轉變。
[Abstract]:How to carry on the education to the class "mischievous" young children, so that they can not only give full play to their personality, promote the good development, but also be able to abide by the routine of the class well, and become the children that everyone likes? This article starts from the practice, through to the case observation and the analysis, and has implemented the effective strategy to the case mischievous child, finally under the parent's support and the cooperation, causes this mischievous child to have the very big transformation in the behavior habit.
