【摘要】：職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃和管理,是人力資源管理實踐中發(fā)展的新學科,通過個人發(fā)展愿望與組織發(fā)展需求的結合,從而推動組織再上新臺階。文章從三個方面闡述了在幼兒園實施教師職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃和管理的必要性及可行性。
[Abstract]:Career planning and management is a new discipline developed in the practice of human resource management. Through the combination of individual development desire and organizational development needs, the organization can be promoted to a new level. This paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of implementing teachers' career planning and management in kindergarten from three aspects.
