規(guī)范并提高幼兒教師資質(zhì)要求——國際學前教育法律及政策研究

【摘要】:近年來國際社會對學前教育質(zhì)量高度重視,如何規(guī)范并提高幼兒教師資質(zhì)要求、提升幼教師資水平,特別是如何從法律制度層面提供相應的保障和依據(jù),已成為國際學前教育改革與戰(zhàn)略制定中的關(guān)鍵性議題。對世界主要國家、地區(qū)有關(guān)幼兒教師資質(zhì)要求的法律及政策的梳理和分析發(fā)現(xiàn),國際幼兒教師資質(zhì)相關(guān)法律及政策的主要內(nèi)容與特點包括三個方面:一是幼兒教師任教的學歷層次要求不斷提高;二是幼兒教師任教的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)與綜合素質(zhì)要求日趨全面;三是幼兒教師資格認定制度逐步完善。這為我國規(guī)范并提高幼兒教師資質(zhì)要求,保障并提升幼教師資整體質(zhì)量,進而促進我國學前教育事業(yè)積極、健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了可資借鑒的參考與啟示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the international community attaches great importance to the quality of preschool education. How to standardize and improve the requirements of preschool teachers' qualifications and improve the level of young teachers' capital, especially how to provide the corresponding guarantee and basis from the legal system level, has become the key issue in the reform and strategy formulation of International Preschool Education. The carding and analysis of the laws and policies of preschool teachers' qualification requirements found that the main contents and characteristics of the relevant laws and policies of International Preschool Teachers' qualifications include three aspects: first, the requirements for the educational level of preschool teachers are constantly improved; the two is that the requirements for professional cultivation and comprehensive quality of preschool teachers are increasingly comprehensive; three is young children. The system of qualification identification of teachers is gradually improved, which provides reference and inspiration for our country to standardize and improve the qualification requirements for preschool teachers, to guarantee and improve the overall quality of young teachers' capital, and to promote the positive, healthy and sustainable development of preschool education in our country.
